The boiler itself is brilliant & was fitted beautifully but I’ve been having loads of trouble with the thermostat & the receiver which won’t pair up & consequently the app won’t work. Nobody seems to be able to fix the problem & after 2 months it is becoming increasingly frustrating. Help please!!!

I’ve had a Viessmann Vitodens 200 fitted in my house by an excellent engineer in Sep 2019. The heating is super-efficient. The controls are a little tricky to navigate, but once I’ve had the hang of it, it functions very well. Altogether, I am very pleased with the product.

Combi fitted, failed the following day. Gas Safe engineer, who fitted it, came out the same day to find that the fault code related to the fan unit. Viessmann engineer arrived the following day and installed a new fan unit, all has been well since then. Just one of those things, the response time was very good and it has not knocked my confidence in this as a first class quality product. Oh, and it's "Alan", not "Allen"

What a junk , service in service out, this error that error . Stay away from this brand. Yesterday were sitting without heating today sitting without hot water. This time no error ,service phone off. FU

Envirowarm Services LTD (based in Hull) recommended and installed a quality Viessmann boiler in my house 10 years ago (saving me a lot of money over the British Gas quote for a lesser boiler) and have serviced it ever since and carried out replacement of what I consider to be serviceable items on it recently. We have found the quality of our Viessmann boiler to be excellent over the last 10 years and Envirowarm Services LTD to be totally reliable, with friendly, trustworthy staff that are highly qualified and experienced. Prices for boiler installation, servicing and repair have always been very reasonable.

Absolutely shocking service. I have had a boiler 3 years and i have had nothing but major issues with it. They have refused to fix the boiler 3 times whilst its under warranty at a cost to myself and the thing needs replacing! I am disgusted at their customer service and absolute ridiculous poor quality boilers! I will be taking this matter further.
