“Had some confusion when the boiler was delivered that we had been supplied the wrong one, regarding the power output displayed on the manual and the boiler nameplate this could be made clearer by viessmann.”

“From first thing the installer was honest and explained how the warranty worked by adding a year by having it serviced yearly by a registered viessmann installer the actual boiler compared to my old vailiant was like comparing rolls Royce to a mini.”

“Boiler itself great , the app not so as there is no geofencing available and im told its a paid for option if it ever gets to uk as only available in germany This should be a Basic n free function considering the current cost of living crisis and high energy costs”
