I love my boiler, it has made a massive difference to my little cottage. The guys fitting it were fantastic and were pretty much left to themselves as I work silly hours. I did not have central heating before so cant comment too much on cost effectiveness, but my bills havent got any bigger so far, in fact they appear to have gone down this winter.

Very professional and was able to diagnose that the issue was not boiler related and referred back to original authorised installer. Put the visit down to goodwill therefore no cost. Installer identifie the issue related to a 2-way valve and corrected.

The boiler initially seemed to be efficient and was reasonably priced. My heating bills have gone down. My main reservation is the after sales support - my installer took several days to come out when the boiler stopped working during cold weather. I had better service with my previous boiler from another company so I am still anxious that the warranty won't get me urgent help f I need it.

Poor,due to having to call heating engineer out twice. You would never expect two breakdowns in as many months this was the coldest time of year,thank god for electric fires.

I’m really happy with the Viessmann boiler, Davis and Gold were top class. Having a Viessmann boiler just means you’ve got one less thing to worry about.
