Our Vitodens 100 was properly installed and regularly serviced and worked fine at first. After a few years we find the heat exchanger and rubber pipe bungs up with debris each year, stops proper heating of water and results in error F2. It has to be dismantled and cleaned out every year. This is costly and we are often without full hot water. I understand this is probably a design fault and is rather common. Please publish if you have the same problem.

We are very unhappy with viessmann and The experience we have had over a period of time with our heating being very poor Heating and pipe within the back of the boiler Totally choked up with dirt and debris due to The unsuitable material rubber and it should be changed to a more robust material ie Metal or copper our radiators were completely clear and clean this violent Boiler is not fit for purpose and viessmann Need to repair and replace without delay We would not recommend and this is the worst of the worst ongoI got I have evidence On my phone I want a call back

We are senior people. We have enjoyed Combi boilers for many years. 3 previous Valliant products. When our heat exchange failed our Pluming installer recommended Viessmann. We went for the 35KW, so so please we did. The performance far outways our previous boilers, installation was trouble free and we so like the 10 year warranty not many products will be comfortable with such a testermant. All in all very pleased with our choice.

I’m a viessmann trained installer fitted loads and have always recommended them , NoT ANYMORE . Fitted a vitodens 100 in my own home 3 years ago started to play up intermittent hot water expansion vessel failed. Phoned viessmann they say boiler was never registered , blamed Royal Mail said they never delivered the warranty told me Royal Mail shred them ? It was in a envolope with a stamp .? I asked if they would send me the parts and I would fit them myself , No ! I would need to register the boiler then book a engineers visit . In the mean time I have a expensive boiler not fit for purpose.

Veissmann Vitodens 100W 35kW Combi boiler expertly installed by Steve Poole Plumbing & Heating in Cornwall. A great piece of kit that runs extremely quietly. The wireless remote control instructions did seem a bit complicated but once understood and set up the systems run beautifully. Although early days I am confident that the boiler will prove to be a very good buy and the extended 10 year warranty gives me piece of mind. My thanks to Steve and his team.

We was very impressed with the efficiency of the installers (Heatforce) who were polite, and left the property tidy and basically excellent. They were eager to explain the method to use the boiler and answer any questions we had for them...Looking forward to years of modern boiler technology. Many thanks

Excellent boiler, only just had a 111 installed but so far it performs exactly as promised in the promotional material. The modulation is working flawlessly, it runs quietly and with the Nest thermostat/controller is really way to program and then to tweak to personal preference.

I'm an installer and I made a mistake on a notification through the Viessmann Installer Portal, my email was answered and the problem rectified all before 9am. You can't ask for more! good work Viessmann.

Telephoned Bourne Heating 8.30 am, visited 9am and quote delivered same evening for Viessmann Vitodens 100-W boiler, Magna-Clean filtration unit and 12 thermostatic radiator valves. Quote accepted next day and work started 2 working days later and took 3 days plus recommended 1-day Power Flush within next 14 days.Excellent efficient and reliable service from professional engineer Anthony and 10 year guarantee.

hi, what a fantastic boiler, heats the rooms up a lot quicker and the temp is controlled to suit. Already seen a saving on our smart meter. I notice our shower is warm all the time, not like before hot and cold. Keep up the good work. The fitter from hug ltd was billiant,cleaned up after he finish
