"AVOID THIS DECEITFUL SCAM COMPANY.\r\n\r\nI received my free tracked label, and the next day I carefully packaged my items a pair of 1980s Dior earrings, 1980s Monet earrings, and 2000s Chanel sunglasses in an original Chanel box, then sent them securely using the provided label. I tracked my parcel the next day and confirmed they received it.\r\n\r\nThe following day on the 13th of February, I had a scheduled call between 3 and 4pm. When I finally received the call at 15:45pm, it turned out to be an AI automated system not an actual person, that repeatedly asked, \u201cCan I confirm I\u2019m speaking to Lily?\u201d no matter how many times I said \u201cyes.\u201d After about twenty attempts, it started to ring a few times and then suddenly cut off with an error message. Unbelievable!\r\nI immediately emailed the company asking them to contact me via email instead since their AI automated phone system clearly wasn\u2019t working. (They never responded to my email)\r\n\r\nSoon after, I received a text saying, \u201cIt was great talking to you.\u201d Is that meant to be a joke? YOU NEVER SPOKE TO ME!\r\nThen soon after that, through WhatsApp, I got an another message stating they valued my items at \u00a327.\r\nVintage Chanel and Dior for \u00a327? IS THAT MEANT TO BE ANOTHER JOKE?!\r\nThese are luxury designer pieces worth hundreds. Not jewellery\/sunglasses from Claire\u2019s.\r\nOffering \u00a327 for authentic vintage designer items is absurd and DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. \r\nI, of course, declined, only to get another automated message asking if I was sure about my decision clearly another joke. Yes I am sure I don\u2019t want to give my designer items to you for free.\r\n\r\nIn short, this company wants your valuable items for free pretty much, they claim if you have a welcome call that they will offer a higher valuation of your items, but when you have a welcome call it\u2019s a AI automated system that just cuts you off after a few rings, and when you email this company they don\u2019t even respond to your email, when you text their WhatsApp it is also automated and says either call them or email, even when you go on their website and go on their live chat it claims that they are \u201caway\u201d. \r\n\r\nIf you value your possessions, do not send them to Vintage Cash Cow. You\u2019re far better off selling on eBay etc yourself.\r\n\r\nFrankly, the company should be changed from Vintage Cash Cow to Vintage Scammers because they seem to treat their customers like the real cash cows.\r\n\r\nPS if I don\u2019t receive all my items back all intact or missing or not received at all and you continuously ignore my emails. I will be filing a police report against you for theft! \ud83d\udc9c"

“I recently used Vintage Cash Cow for the first time and was impressed at their efficiency and how easy it was. I did not expect much in return but was pleasantly surprised with their offer which came, as advertised, just a couple of days after receiving my box, and was immediately paid into my bank. I have been recommending Vintage Cash Cow to all my elderly friends who are trying to do some clearing out!”

“A very good way of selling your unwanted clothes. Just take a few pictures, describing the item in full to give a prospective buyer a good idea of what the item is and how much you want . The buyer pays the postage. Wait for SOLD...print off label...post. Your money is usually in your Vinted balance within a week. Excellent.”

“I sent 3 large boxes of items, many were antiques, jewellery, cameras, silver plated items from the 1930s, and received a derisory offer. But the main reason I give only 1 star is that amongst my items was my mother's 3 stone diamond platinum engagement ring, valued at over £1000 several years ago. I was told there was some slight deterioration to the platinum. This ring was bought in 1930 and was worn by my late mother for 75 years so some deterioration was to be expected , but according to Vintage Cow this rendered the item basically worthless. Another item was a 12" world globe from the 1920s. Their site informs us they will take world globes. I was told this was only fit to be given to some repertory company, although the globe was in perfect condition. For all my items I was offered £168 pounds. I shall never use Vintage Cow again.”

“I know a bit about vintage pens and cameras and sent a box to Vintage Cash Cow out of matter of interest. The valuation was around 10 times less than what local dealers were offering and nearly 20 times less than items had previously sold for on EBay. Even local pawn shops would provide a better deal. Unless you are really desperate for cash and have no other option don’t sell any heirlooms to Vintage Cash Cow as you will not get a good deal. The valuers either seem to not know the market value or just drastically undercut what open market sales prices are in order to cover their company overheads meaning a very tiny return for you. Either way I would advise trying a different method to sell your vintage goods to get a decent, more realistic price. Avoid Vintage Cash Cow unless desperate.”

“Sent some gold old coins and lots of other old bits and was very pleased with the offer of £947 pounds which was paid into my bank the next day. While on the phone I told the man I had some old tools which was my grandad and over 100 years old and was told to send them which I did but they was returned to me but on your site you state you take old tools so was a bit disappointed.”

“Saw advert on Facebook and, after checking reviews, decided to give it a go. Contact was prompt and helpful. Despite postal strikes my stuff arrived and was valued in under a week. The gentleman that I spoke to was very polite and friendly when we chatted about their valuation. I was most surprised at offer and highly delighted. Money was in my account in under 24 hours.
