"AVOID THIS DECEITFUL SCAM COMPANY.\r\n\r\nI received my free tracked label, and the next day I carefully packaged my items a pair of 1980s Dior earrings, 1980s Monet earrings, and 2000s Chanel sunglasses in an original Chanel box, then sent them securely using the provided label. I tracked my parcel the next day and confirmed they received it.\r\n\r\nThe following day on the 13th of February, I had a scheduled call between 3 and 4pm. When I finally received the call at 15:45pm, it turned out to be an AI automated system not an actual person, that repeatedly asked, \u201cCan I confirm I\u2019m speaking to Lily?\u201d no matter how many times I said \u201cyes.\u201d After about twenty attempts, it started to ring a few times and then suddenly cut off with an error message. Unbelievable!\r\nI immediately emailed the company asking them to contact me via email instead since their AI automated phone system clearly wasn\u2019t working. (They never responded to my email)\r\n\r\nSoon after, I received a text saying, \u201cIt was great talking to you.\u201d Is that meant to be a joke? YOU NEVER SPOKE TO ME!\r\nThen soon after that, through WhatsApp, I got an another message stating they valued my items at \u00a327.\r\nVintage Chanel and Dior for \u00a327? IS THAT MEANT TO BE ANOTHER JOKE?!\r\nThese are luxury designer pieces worth hundreds. Not jewellery\/sunglasses from Claire\u2019s.\r\nOffering \u00a327 for authentic vintage designer items is absurd and DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. \r\nI, of course, declined, only to get another automated message asking if I was sure about my decision clearly another joke. Yes I am sure I don\u2019t want to give my designer items to you for free.\r\n\r\nIn short, this company wants your valuable items for free pretty much, they claim if you have a welcome call that they will offer a higher valuation of your items, but when you have a welcome call it\u2019s a AI automated system that just cuts you off after a few rings, and when you email this company they don\u2019t even respond to your email, when you text their WhatsApp it is also automated and says either call them or email, even when you go on their website and go on their live chat it claims that they are \u201caway\u201d. \r\n\r\nIf you value your possessions, do not send them to Vintage Cash Cow. You\u2019re far better off selling on eBay etc yourself.\r\n\r\nFrankly, the company should be changed from Vintage Cash Cow to Vintage Scammers because they seem to treat their customers like the real cash cows.\r\n\r\nPS if I don\u2019t receive all my items back all intact or missing or not received at all and you continuously ignore my emails. I will be filing a police report against you for theft! \ud83d\udc9c"

“Amazing service, efficient and well communicated right through the process. The phone call from Vintage Cash Cow to review what was in my box and make an offer was extremely professional. “Was really impressed by how quick a response was re the items which I sent. Was not expecting to receive cash as I did not think the items were suitable so was amazed when an offer was give , which was greatly received. If I ever find anymore items which could be sold, then this would be the place to do so. Thanking you all.”

“So easy to do, l called and was sent a label, l putmy bits and bobs into a box, took it to the post office on Saturday, Monday l was told it had been received and on Thursday they rang with an offer, l was surprised and pleased and accepted right away, The Gentleman who called explained what would happen to my old bits and bobsxwhich was interesting, shortly after £113.00 appeared in my bank account, l am thrilled, l got a clear out and a nice amountcand it was all done in less than a week.”

“I wish I had read the 1 * reviews before using this company they are down right charlatans. I sent a large box containing gold silver brass Edwardian coins binoculars camera corgi cars tin plate toy and costume jewellery. They called to say they had valued some items and listed them. I was therefore under the impression that the remaining items were still to be valued so foolishly accepted the initial offer now they say it was for everything. I told them I had changed my mind surprise surprise you can’t don’t use them they are thieves”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback, we do appreciate everything that our customers have to say, in order to improve. Our offers are made for the entire box of items, which is stated on our website. I have also listened to your offer call with our appraiser, where all of the items in your box were talked through, and we gave you the opportunity to ask any questions. We weren't made aware that you wanted any of the items returned to you. We do offer a 14 day period after receiving the offer, to think about it. However, once the offer has been accepted, it can't be reversed, as the items are sent to the different departments in the building. Unfortunately, you didn't contact us until 3 days after you had accepted the offer, that you had changed your mind, so by that point, we aren't able to return them. “As regards the way you run your business it's excellent. Phones answered quickly. the efficiency in the way you let people know their parcel has arrived quickly followed up by an offer. I cannot comment on the efficiency of your returns as I haven't used that yet. My critique is around the items you send. You send several items together so you have no idea of any individual valued item so can you be sure you are getting a good deal ?”

“This is the first time that I have used vintage cow. Their service was so quick and the process easy to use. I felt liberated when I got rid of my old jewellery. It was doing nothing in my jewellery box. The money I received will be spent on a good meal out for the whole family.”
