“I have sold a number of items on Vinted very successfully, but when I came to buy an item unfortunately the seller was dishonest and sold what I can only assume was a counterfeit as the measurements of the item were completely different vs. the manufacturers guide. Despite flagging the issue within 48hrs and sending photos with a tape measure showing the item didn’t measure up I’ve had conflicting and generally unsupportive comms from Vinted despite paying for their ‘Buyers insurance’! I can only conclude that it is a site which allows/condones scams and bad sellers. Will never use again!!”
“AVOID this website at all costs!!! As a buyer you are forced to pay a Buyer Protection Fee but when a purchase does not arrive they do nothing to help and refuse to refund the money - the customer service is appalling - in the end they just stop replying to your emails and there is no option to speak to anyone - AVOID at all costs!!!”
