"Very easy to sell and buy but..,,,,\r\nI bought a jumper listed 12L and it came in a xxl 16-18 and only way I can have my money back is to pay myself to send it back. If sending back through Vinted this is deducted through Vinted from money owed to you. Buyers protection\ud83e\udd23\ud83e\udd23\ud83e\udd23\ud83e\udd23\ud83e\udd23 when you buy in good faith \u2026 a load of absolute rubbish. Sell but be very careful when you buy, as if the item isn\u2019t correct it\u2019s you out of pocket every time to return for a refund."

"A Complete Disaster of an App!\r\n\r\nIf I could give Vinted zero stars, I would. This app is an absolute nightmare! First off, the safety level is a joke. Hackers seem to have free rein, braiding and fraud sellers on a business level. Don\u2019t expect your personal data to be safe here! And as if that\u2019s not enough, the marketplace is flooded with counterfeits. Sellers are convincing unsuspecting buyers that they\u2019re getting genuine items when it\u2019s all fake. Vinted does NOTHING about this. And here\u2019s the cherry on top: your account can get randomly blocked without you even violating any rules. Yes, just like that! You could simply wake up one day and find out your account has been blocked- no explanation, no warning. And the worst part? It seems like even Vinted doesn\u2019t know how to fix it. They\u2019ll tell you to wait a week, maybe even a month, for the block to be lifted automatically. Ridiculous! If you\u2019re thinking about using Vinted, save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away."
