“I had a problem with one item in my order which as a long term, regular customer this was a first. I contacted the company by phone and explained the issue to a lady who could not have been more helpful. A replacement was sent straight away which I received very quickly. Any company can get good reviews when things go to plan but I judge a company on the customer service and Viovet's was 1st class.”

“I've used Viovets since they grew from Berriewoods. I've never had a problem with any order and everything turns up as ordered. Have recommended them to my friends and have now started using them for prescription medications.”
