“Got sent DermAllay conditioner for cats and dogs instead of shampoo for horses. As far as I could make out from customer services, conditioner was sent because shampoo wasn't in stock. Not good enough. As in other reviews I have read I would caution customers to beware of VioVet's drop down menus. I've certainly come away with the feeling that they'd sell you anything rather than sell you nothing.”

“very happy with Viovet but 24hour delivery took from Thursday till Tuesday due to Easter holidays which was in convenient as my vet wanted my dog started on Purina PVD HA more or less immediately. I would tryto avoid holidays next time.”

“Viovet are good value and efficient and the order (tinned dog food) always comes quickly. However, my last three deliveries have all had dinted tins in, some this time almost pushing the centre piece of the can upwards. The boxes are not marked to be handled carefully, so obviously delivery drivers just throw them around.”
