“I am a new customer to Viovet and this is the second time that I have used the ir service. I needed help as I could not access an order form and I found the customer advisor helpful informative and very polite. The first time I used them the package arrived earlier than I expected and even the fedex rep was friendly”

“I have been purchasing a prescription medication for our much loved bulldog from VioVet for a couple of years. (Now buying YouMove for him from them too.) I find VioVet to be incredibly helpful, with an easy to navigate website. Their delivery service is also very quick. I highly recommend VioVet on all of these counts, and wouldn’t use any other. Brilliant all round!”

“Original order did not arrive. According to vio vet fed ex attempted to deliver multiple times to a working farm with someone home at all times-lies. When contacting vio vet to discuss this I was assured that they would re send the order however I received an email to say they had received my return and would refund my money within 24 hours. I had to wait further to re order the items I needed. Extremely disappointing service given I had used the company many times before I feel let down from the courier and vio vet.”
