“اشتريت من موقعكم مجموعة عطور توم فورد وبعد الاستلام والاستعمال تبين انها غير أصليه ومقلده وعند الاستعمال تبقي في اللباس بقع زيت ، ورائحة العطر ليس هو رائحة عطر توم فورد I bought a collection of Tom Ford perfume from your site and after receipt and use it turned out to be non-original and imitated. When using it, there are oil stains in the dress, and the smell of the perfume is not the smell of Tom Ford perfume.”

“i placed an order and i received missing item as well as some item replaced by another, they sent to me coupon to use as refund when i apply for this coupon i found i can't use the discount in the site so if i will use the discount it will be equal to the coupon means this coupon fake and not true and the steal me and after i contacted them nothing solved , THIS SITE NOT RECOMMENDED THEY ARE CHEATER”

“Worst experience ever I bought tester perfumes which they claim as original but are Absolute Trash! They refused to return these fake testers telling ‘What’s the problem’. These people rip people of their money I don’t know how are they allowed to do business and Aramex is carrying these fraudsters fake products around. Aramex should stop doing business with them! VIPBRANDS IS A CHEAT DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!”

“I received the order couple of days back but couldn't find tym to update you about the very bad quality of products that I received from your website...trusting your site was a big mistake...I thought it was a genuine website selling original brand...I have wasted my money as well tym in browsing and choosing the products frm the lot...it was a very bad experience...when you are into business dont think abt one time purchase or customers...always bear in mind that you can't fool the customers second tym...will never shop with you and will also pass on this messg to others who will be aware of such fake website...”
