Absolute trash and stealing hard earned working family's money. Also will laugh in your face and not reissue a refund. Do not use this company.

The agent that dealt with my query was Sofia Jones. I had a problem in that even after waiting for three days I hadn't received my Reservation Confirmation Code via email although I had received the confirmation reference number for a successful reservation. Sofia resolved the issue for me extremely efficiently and quickly. It was a pleasure to have someone providing the necessary and appropriate resolution in the way that she did. I am very pleased with her excellent service.

Ryan Johnson was a great help to me today. Via the live chat, he could see i had made a mistake by somehow booking 2 cars instead of one !! Within a couple of minutes he had put my mind at rest by cancelling one of them and making sure i had received an email to verify that. I`m sure any other persons that connect to Ryan will be pleased, as he certainly knows how to help and sort out any problems - Thanks Ryan Johnson !

Don't do it!!!!! It's a scam. I ordered a car and then cancelled once I read the reviews. They won't give me my money back. See the BS chat conversation. Live Chat We are online! Please let me have a look into your question. 2:34:54 PM Please note, A 100% refund of pre-payment will be made to the customer, where the booking has been cancelled 48 hours before the pick-up time. In cases, where booking has been cancelled when less than 48 hours are left for pick-up, no refund is applicable. 2:35:03 PM As per the cancellation poloicy no refund is applicable. 2:35:58 PM Christina I cancelled this order on the same day that I made the request 12 days before pickup. Per your policy I am entitled to a full refund 2:36:53 PM Sean As I have checked the booking was cancelled on 19th May and pickup was on 20th May. 2:37:04 PM Christina No 2:38:25 PM Sean Please check again the date payment was made and booking cancelled for pickup on 20th May. 2:39:25 PM Christina I made the request on the 18th and cancelled 10 minutes later on the 18th. We do not cancel all bookings manually. It;s an automated process and we are also charged by suppliers accordingly.
