“VIP is dishonest. Save yourself frustration, don’t use them. I prepaid for car, got to ATL airport and told all cars were sold out, left stranded on Christmas Eve, had to pay $739 for Sixt. Called and emailed VIP for refund 7 x, got run around. They never had intentions on refunding me. Liars and cheats. Will never use again.”
