IMPRVMTS:
- There is a gap between the insurance we contracted with VIP (full coverage) and the insurance proposed by the rental Cie (partial). It is an inconsistency that has not been correctly explained to us so far.
- The web site doesn't manage the history, no user account and no fidelity program.
- There is no way to choose the level of comfort of a car (we rent to you for 5 years now, sometime the car is old with 120'000km, sometime is recent and comfortable)
- The present form cannot be validated when using Firefox”
