“Do not rent with this company! It's a scam. I made a reservation two days prior to my flight a day later I got a an email stating that they did not complete my reservation and will be with a different company. After I landed in FLL I contacted customer service and they directed me to the correct company that I was supposed to rent the car with, after two hours of waiting was told I need to pay more money for there insurance since I don't use a credit card. No where does it say you need a credit card or there will be a $200 + fee for insurance. After contacting customer service again to get a refund they said that the insurance has already took effect and they can't issue a refund even though I did not rent a car!”
