I have just booked on line. I had a few questions and used LIVE CHAT and spoke with Serena Flores. She was very plesent and answered my questions quickly and made the change I asked. I hate these live chats but this one is first class. thank you Serena

I was scheduled to attend a wedding in Vancouver on August 3rd, but at the last minute, the airline cancelled our flight. I spoke with customer service at VIP Cars and they cancelled my rental without complaint. The service representative, Dave Wilson, was friendly, accomodating, responsive and extremely efficient. After many years of business travel, during which time I always rented a car at the airport terminal. On this occasion, I decided to accept the relative inconvenience of a shuttle to the rental location, at a significant saving in rental fees. Those savings, and the extremely helpful service from Dave after the airline left me in the lurch, means that I will continue to business with this company going forward. Many thanks, Kevin Cowan

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - Ruined my weekend. Location of provider incorrect. Insurance provided by VIP cars was not recognised by provider - they insisted for a further 1000 euro deposit which was fine but 270 euros for a minimal damage (for a normal golf/similar). I was told from provider that there would be no charge and deposit would be refunded but VIP cars have refused to refund the £15 deposit but charged an additional £17 instead.

I missed my flight and the next flight was to a different location but I used the whatsapp support feature and Dave helped me alter the booking and arrange a shuttle to transfer me. Super service. Thanks
