VIP cars reply that rental went smoothly; that is wrong, I had to scream at the 3rd rental company because they wanted to charge extra fees for car wash and and existing dents recognition, VIP cars has no idea as of what goes on on the floor when you deal with there subs !!! VIP car will not partially refund because we had a lower class car than payed for. these reviews will stop if partially refunded :)”
