“Their customer service is fantastic. I have a top of the range juicer from them which I love and unfortunately after using it every day virtually for four years something affected it and it stopped spinning. They told me to send it back, they sent me the label for parcel, then sent me a refurbished replacement which is as good as new. I have ordered a few items from Vitality over the years for friends and family and Tracy is incredibly helpful and makes the process so easy. Brilliant company, fantastic products, great value.”

“I absolutely adore my new smoothie maker! The results are amazing. I wasn't expecting much from the vacuum aspect but the smoothies are so rich and creamy. It's also easy to operate and clean. Very impressed and makes a perfect addition to my Biochef Juicer.”

“Very happy with the dehydrator and it was packed well and delivered promptly. I’ve not used it much yet, but it has performed very well. The free knife set was a real bonus, but sadly I dropped the larger knife on opening the knives container, it hit the stone floor in our kitchen and with a sound like glass breaking split into two! Thankfully the little knife remained and I must say it’s the sharpest knife I’ve ever owned.”
