Absolutely disgusting customer service from this joke of a company.They just ignore you and will not answer emails or calls when you have an issue with your purchase.... Take my advice and do not purchase anything from this company, shop elsewhere it will save you in the long run. I will never buy anything from this company again they sell products but do not have replacement parts for them and again do not have the manners or even the common decency to even reply to questions.. The lack of reviews for this company is starting to make sense now...TRUST ME AVOID THEM AND SHOP ELSEWHERE....

If I could give less than 0 stars I would. My dehydrator has been “with the technicians” since I returned it in April 2024. Despite numerous emails to Tracy Veenendaal and countless calls to the 0800 number, I have had no response. The 0800 number as of 2 weeks ago is no longer taking voice mail messages as it is FULL!! I don’t know what to do now. How can I escalate this?

Feeling extremely frustrated. It's been 4 months since I politely requested a £261.00 refund with UK manager Tracy, way past their 3-day policy. After ten emails, this is unacceptable.

Unreliable, illegal business practice, untrustworthy, scammers, broken promise of delivery by x-mas, so blender returned, three months and five exact same emails later still being fobbed off by UK Manager, Tracy Veenenaal “Sorry, will update.” and still no £250 refund. We want our full refund immediately.

Where do I start? I ordered a Biochef Aurora blender on 17th December ('order now for Christmas delivery'). It arrived late for Christmas on 3rd January. Asked to send it back for a refund. Refund authorised 15th January. Since then there's been absolutely nothing from Vitality4Life other than pointless fobbing replies to my requests as to where my refund is. Tracy Veenendaal assures me every time she'll ask for an update from the finance department, 13 weeks later I still have no refund, no information, nothing. It's shoddy, it's illegal and it's the precise opposite of healthy living. I even wrote to the CEO of the company...nothing.

Dont bother, I highly regret to dont search before I purchase my blender, we want a refund as is not working properly. Zero customer service. Lady on phone laugh ověřit the iPhone that nothing she can do as office is in Australia but will try her Best. Disgusting behavior. They received item back within 5 days and month later still no refund. Please read reviews as they clearly says Avoid 🙏

I had high hopes for BioChef Astro vacuum blender, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. The blender jug broke not once, but twice within a short period. The first time it broke, I thought it might have been a fluke, but when it happened again, I realized there must be a serious flaw in the design or manufacturing. To make matters worse, the after-sales support was non-existent. I tried contacting customer service multiple times but received no response. Spare parts are unavailable. It's incredibly frustrating to spend hard-earned money on a product only to have it break and then be left completely unsupported by the company.

We what went wrong was that I have returned a blender to you as unstuitable but you have failed to respond with a refund. I have tried on a number of occasions to contact you via phone and email to your support department and have not received a reply. I am so disappointed in the service and I wonder where the 4.2 rating actually came from as you don't live up to your promise that customer service is a priority to you.

Lacking after sales care. The website and the booklet says the vacuum cups are dishwasher safe but they are not. They deform in the dishwasher. The phone agent were rude and unhelpful. Refused to replace the deformed vacuum cup or to even discount it.

Update to a previous review After numerous emails and standard replies saying that the finance team would be informed again,I still have not received my refund for an airfryer that I ordered on the 15th of December for a Christmas present which never arrived. I cancelled my order on the 4th January and requested a refund because it hadn’t been delivered and was told the finance team would issue a refund I have now had to contact my bank for a chargeback for this It appears from other reviews that this company does not issue promised refunds and they also have had to contact their bank so I would advise people not to deal with this company

Ordered an air fryer on the 15th December for a Christmas present. It was in stock with a 2-3 day delivery I didn’t hear from the company again and was unable to contact them by phone as they never answered and their mailbox was full Eventually I got a response to my email on the 4th January and they said there had been technical difficulties but they were up and running again and I then requested they just cancelled the order and issue a refund which was agreed I am still waiting for this refund despite a phone call to the helpline number (in Australia) who did on this occasion answer the phone said all she could do was email accounts and also emails to the company who just reply they will contact accounts. I emailed again on Wednesday but have had no reply. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company and wish I had read the the reviews before making my purchase

Shockingly awful company. Bought juicer 18 December. It didn't arrive. They eventually informed me they had warehouse/it/delivery issues. Assured me it would come. Eventually cancelled my order 4 January, but still no refund, so I've raised a dispute with the bank. Unbelievably bad. And today, 19 jan, they ask me for feedback.

Received a faulty dehydrator that only circulated room temperature air even though it was supposed to be able to heat up to 70C. Emailed the customer service who said it may be a faulty heating element. As it was within 30 days of receiving the product, I asked for a return and refund, which was agreed by the seller that they would refund within 5 working days of receiving the return. Posted it off DPD tracked and then… nothing. I chased them up after the 5 working days and after 48 hours of the email, they admitted they’ve received it and has asked their finance arm to refund which should take another 5 working days. And then nothing. I sent another chaser. No reply even after 5 working days since. At this point, they’ve had the returned item nearly a month and still no refund. In the end, I had to escalate the issue to my credit card company with the string of emails exchanged including where the seller agreed to a refund, admitted they have received the item, the proof of return and signed-for delivery received on tracker.

I returned a product on the 30.11.23 as it was a present but they already had one. However, a month later and I have not yet received a refund or any form of email/confirmation. I have emailed countless times, with no response and keep ringing with no answer and being told the answer machine is full. I am £74 out of pocket so have not been able to buy my husband another birthday present in replacement which is very disappointing.

This is the least serious company, I've been waiting for delivery for more than two weeks, they don't pick up the phone, they don't answer emails. I will contact the necessary institutions. Shameful company!!!

Purchased a Treadmill. Each time I used it the whole WiFi went off. This was impractical as I wanted to watch YouTube videos for an exercise programme plus my husband wanted to be able to use his mobile phone. After 5 days of trying different techniques to try and stop this nothing worked so I contacted Vitality to arrange a return under the 30-day money-back guarantee. Be aware to read the full return details as free returns do not include large items unless faulty. You could argue mine is faulty but still, they are refusing to pay the return cost. Not very customer friendly. I will never use or recommend this company.
