I purchased a Walking Pad and it is faulty and does not turn on at all. Very disappointed and still waiting on a response to my email.

Customer service is virtually non existent, I've just seen other reviews & surprise surprise I'm not the only 1! I bought a blender for £110 which is now faulty, I'm expected to pay £14 for its return when I informed them that as the item is faulty it's their responsibility to cover return costs, they've refused & have refused to respond to 3 subsequent emails. This is absolutely appalling buyers be aware!!!!! awful company who have no regard for its customers. Disgusting.

I bought a blender which is now faulty, after emailing customer services, they advised I send it back or I pay £14 for a courier to collect. I informed them as the item is faulty they should be responsible for postage. They maintained they won't & when I quoted online shopping regulations they've ignored my emails despite sending them 3 requesting a resolution or more information. I'm absolutely appalled by such blatant rudeness the blender cost £110, so it wasn't cheap. Buyers beware

I have never encountered such a poor customer service ever!!! I bought a Biochef vacuum sealer on 25 May from Vitality4life website and it didn't work at all. I sent them email right away to ask to return. Today is 10 June. During this period, I have sent several emails which were answered by them by asking me some unimportant questions instead of really talking about how I could return the machine. And I also called the customer serivce phone number several times which were never picked up by a real person but only by an answering machine. I highly doubt the integrity of this Vitality4Life and would definitely recommend my friends against buying anything from there!!!

Poor instructions on how to use the vibroslim, no information on what should be in the package. No details on attaching or using the elastic bands. What I have been delivered is returned goods, QVC sticker on remote

Hello, I have written with questions on two occasions, one before purchase and one after. Before purchase, I asked a question directly from 'contact' on you website...no answer. After purchase, I replied with a question to my email acknowledging my purchase...also, no answer. Neither, have I got an indication that my order has been shipping or tracking number from my purchase a week ago. If there were more choices out there that ship to Canada, I would have purchased there. Thank you, Leo Bolta

The 1 star if for their delivery. Appalling customer service. Bought a slow juicer, missing the brush and the juicer was not juicing properly. Informed them, they said it was a cheap one. Fair enough, returned the old one and demanded for a refund. That was where the trouble started. They stopped responding to my email. Thought maybe because of Covid 19 will give them the benefit of doubt. 3 weeks later nothing. So to test if they are working, bought the expensive juicer and it was delivered in 2 days time! Got in touch with them again, still no response for my refund. Luckily, I used PayPal to make payment. I only got my refund back because I used the resolution centre. Hope the new Juicer works well, if not will update this post, if it does, will include another star. In the future, I will stay away completely from them.

I bought spare parts which did not fit at all. Send it back registered , money back guarantee will take up to one week according to the web page. Three weeks later still no refund was told finance department will pay you shortly nothing happens. Reported the company to pay pal for a refund as spare fits do not fit and therefore are not as described. Poor communication response never had trouble whilst dealing with this company in Australia.

Last week I bought a WalkSlim Pro 570 Walking Treadmill from Vitality4Life in Australia. The telephone number seems to match a Vitality4Life in Byron Bay. I notice that your email says Vitality4Life UK Ltd. Are you the same company. If yes, I can only say that I am quite appalled by the way in which Vitality4Life has addressed my concerns. On Thursday 16th April I received an email from Vitality4Life Australia thanking me for my order. The email also gave me a shipping number and Order number. On Thursday evening I discovered that the weight of the treadmill that I had purchased was 39kg. I realised that I had made a terrible mistake in choosing the WalkSlim 570 model because I considered it highly unlikely that I would manage to get such a weight into my apartment. I live on my own, I am an elderly woman who weighs 54kg. I have hardware in both my shoulders and a prolapsed/bulging disc L4-L5. With this covid-19 pandemic, I am not allowing anyone to enter my home, so there is no-one to assist me to get the treadmill into my home. The following day, Friday 17th April, I made a number of phone calls to Vitality4Life before a staff member by the name of Casha answered the phone (rather than the recorded message asking me to leave my name and phone number). I explained my concerns to Casha, who seemed to be kind and understanding, and I asked her could I possibly swap the WalkSlim Pro 570 Walking Treadmill for the WalkSlim 770 Mini Walk Pro Treadmill which is a lot lighter at 29.2 kg. Casha kindly said she would see how she could organise this, but that she first needed to contact the warehouse. She told me that she would then call me back. By the close of business on Friday I still had not heard back from her. The following day, Saturday 18th April, I phoned Vitality4Life to ask what was happening; however, I reached the recorded message again asking me to leave my name and phone number. I think they are not open on the weekend, so I waited until Monday 20th April which is today. I have phoned Vitality4Life about seven or eight times today, the first phone call at 9am and the last at 4.50pm. Each time I got the recorded message asking me to leave my name and phone number and telling me that they will contact me shortly. I also received a text message around 3pm telling me that they must be on the phone so could I please email them with my details, which I duly did. I am writing this review after 9pm and nobody has telephoned or answered my email. I appreciate that your company must be very very busy during this pandemic; however, I do not think this is the correct way to treat your customers. I sincerely hope you can take some action to resolve my problem. Kind regards Marian Flynn
