Hugely disappointed with this company. Placed an order they cancelled the following day due to no stock left. Said they would refund my money. Over 3 weeks later no money, lots of empty promises from Tracy the UK Customer Manager, she did give me the email address (after I asked multiple times) for the line manager Adam and company Director and owner Roger, but neither Adam or Roger have had the decency to answer my email and request for my money back. So the saga continuesm It is alot of money they owe me. Don't buy from this company!

Don't use this company. I ordered £1900 reformer. Unfortunately, 2 days before delivery I had to cancel the order. They cancelled the order and agreed to refund me. 2 weeks later and various emails sent, no refund and they are ignoring my emails. This is a fraudulent company that have no customer service agents.

Bought item from Vitality. DPD never delivered it, so we agreed for refund. After about 6-8 weeks still waiting for refund. Never ever going to buy anything from here.

I placed my order however it turned out that the item was damaged and couldn't be dispatched. With no other stock available the order was cancelled for a refund. To date, nearly 1 month later and after chasing on more than 1 occasion I still haven't received the refund which is close to £2,000! Very disappointing indeed

I ordered a heating device directly from their website with clearpay. I had to cancel the order one hour later because of the very negative reviews on Amazon. Vitality 4 Life did not cancel the order on my clear pay account After several emails, I had to open a dispute because I had to continue to pay them for a product I did not receive. No customer service. They may run on AI as I received email replies from a ''manager'' supposedly taking urgent action but no action. Avoid this company at all costs, they have very negative reviews on Trustpilot. check them first.

I so wanted to give this company 5 stars but … I ordered £750 treadmill on the 15/7, delivered on the 18/7. Set it up in place and turned on, motor made a loud screeching noise. Got in touch with Customer services, Tracy, who sent me a link so I could video, she confirmed something definitely wrong with motor so arrangements made to pick up treadmill on the 20/7 - fantastic turnaround and service from Tracy. Treadmill picked up on the 20/7. On the 24/7 I got rang Vitality to see what was happening and another customer service guy told me they were awaiting the return of treadmill - I advised that according to tracking number treadmill had been delivered back to them but asked what difference that made to my order as I hadn’t arranged pickup, they did. Although I was going to accept replacement treadmill I decided for a refund as just wasn’t confident for some reason and advised the guy that a refund was required. Now it is the 11/8 and I am still awaiting the refund. Despite contacting Tracy on the 31/7 who advised I was on a refund list and it would take 5 working days for the refund, it has still not been made and I am now thinking that I will have to claim the refund back from my credit card company using Section 75. I would not recommend a purchase from this company.

If I could give a minus rating I would -5 stars. Customer services awful, still waiting on a refund of a faulty product after over 3 weeks. NEVER buy from this company. Shocking

I cancelled my order due to an error on my side but I am still waiting, 14 plus days later, for my refund. On this experience I won’t be buying from you or recommending you to anyone!

I have try to fill out the warranty online and is not going through. The order number keep saying incorrect, but I have try on the number which on the receipt. Try contact but no one answered.

Purchased electric heater, Item arrived with plug smashed. Customer service suggested I change the plug myself at my expense! Told me it is easy to do and to ‘just get a plug’! In my opinion not helpful at all! I will never purchase from this company again.

I had several wrong parts in my machine, and the 2 yellow springs were of different tension. The machine clearly fell off the production line, and I can only conclude that it was a returned machine and peiced together then sent to me. I am returned machine and have been waiting a whole week at home, yet they still organise pick up. Still waiting for it to be picked up. Very annoyed

Awful service , does not even respond when you have a problem with the order. It's been months and they have not taken a faulty treadmill back for repair or exchange.
