“First my order got sent back to Vivida.. But then the service with Kerry was brilliant. Very quick response and excellent service, so I got my order a few days later as he managed a new order. Quality is good and I'm looking forward to the EU shop. The fit is perfect for any water activities as you can get sure that the Bikini stays in his place. (Reversible Bikini)”

“wonderful company. I ordered a rash vest in size small, as I am a 10 as per their size chart. it was quite tight, and they were excellent about getting it exchanged and posting it quickly for me to have it in time for an event. even the packaging felt considered and good quality and my medium top is just perfect.”

“Their surf ponchos are excellent quality and their service is second to none. We ordered 3 ponchos ahead of a beach holiday, which all arrived promptly. Unfortunately we needed to return one (the colour didn’t do anything for me!) so we contacted Customer Services who arranged for an alternative to be despatched the same day. They even honoured the discount that we had enjoyed on the original purchase. Friendly, competent, caring service - what’s not to love? :-)”

“Ordered the eye mask in black to completely block out the light and the size was important because using a CPAP machine the straps leaves marks on my face, but using this eye mask it's long enough to put the straps over the top of it and it works a treat, in the morning no nasty welts or indentations on my cheeks. This mask is comfortable and blocks out the light the velcro fastening means no buckle digging into your head and it stays in place. A godsend I gladly recommend this product.”

“My wife loved the Caribbean Blue Original Poncho. Very roomy, looks great, keeps her warm on the way and way back from her swims. It does get softer and fluffier after a few washes!”
