“Great products but I have returned a load of item,( and kept a load), however, i have yet to hear from customer service or receive money back. I have emailed, phoned, WhatsApp messaged, facebook messaged and yet still no response regarding returns and if it has been processed! A massive shame as it is quite a large order I am waiting for a refund for, also an expensive order that I have kept but this is likely to put me off buying in the future unless I receive some communication soon. I appreciate the company may have staffing issues but they managed to send out the product quickly. I would be very grateful for a response.”

We have now been in touch and as you know, there was a technical error this end meaning a delay in your message being answered - which your message alerted us to and we are busy sorting it. Customer services is most definitely not like this usually so we only apologise.

“The best and warmest changing robe on the market, i'd have it in every colour if I could. Also excellent customer service there was a minor problem with the zip and it couldn't have been handled any better 10/10 fantastic customer service. Will defintely shop with Vivida again.”

“We are in Costa Rica for 4 weeks and I wanted swim wear that would look good and I could use all day in and out of the sea. The athena reversable bikini top is great for a bit of added sun protection and comfort and fine under a sun dress of t shirt too. Great idea to have two colours. The recycled swimwear is just the thing in the eco lodges of the Osa peninsula!”

“I liked the look of this coat/changing robe. I took a lot of time to decide. I was excited to receive. Arrived within 5 days. I was disappointed. The quality was not as I would expect. So I started a returns process. That went smoothly. Coat returned. Refund took 28 days to reach my account. In this day and age this is truly shocking. If it hadn't have been for this I wouldn't have left a review at all.”

Hello Fay, I am sorry your refund is taking a while, we are going through them as quickly as we can. We have spoken about this and refunds take up to 15 working days (as on the website) once they have passed through quality checks on receipt this end as you know:-)
