“The order tracking email went to my junk mail box. This was only found out after several attempts to contact Vizards via email and by phone. There is a lack of customer service. Having said that, their prices are great, and the flat rate shipping is fantastic!”

“The price of the ammo is unbeatable, but I absolutely HATE when companies send “signature required” packages. I am in Law Enforcement, and working 12 hour shift while trying to make sure I don’t miss the delivery driver is very angering. Especially since it’s all because you FUDDs are paranoid about arbitrary age limits set by corrupt bureaucrats. Why can’t you just send the package and let it be dropped at the door like other vendors?”

“I really dislike how Vizards ships ammo (even if drop shipped). Since they do NOT ship w/a cover box or wrapping, the delivery person/neighbor knows immediately what the factory package contains. When you live in a relatively high crime neighborhood, advertising what you own isn't smart. It's too bad because Vizard's prices tend to be very reasonable.”

Thank you for your feedback. Our case ammo is usually shipped by the case as it comes from the manufacturer. Did you order a full case of ammo? “The item was out of stock, so it took a long time to receive. I don't think it was Vizards' fault. It would have been nice to receive a courtesy update, periodically. Item was delivered as expected. No issues. A follow up offering additional item for sale would be good. I am looking for additional magazines for this item and would have purchased them from VIzards.”

“Pricing and Product are appropriate but Vizard's shipping partnership agreement with UPS requires some updates! It took 9 days for UPS to get my package from origin to destination. UPS is terrible. Vizard's should hild them accountable for poor service.”

“Prices are incredible but one of my items was on backorder for an excessive (over 2 months) amount of time and Vizards wouldn’t ship partial order without wanting to charge me more in shipping costs even though they made the error by not having up to date quantities on their website. Also, it’s a real hassle for single, working folks to be at home to sign for ammunition deliveries and out of the numerous outfits I have and continue to buy ammo from, Vizards is the first to make me do this and it’s really a hassle, not worth the extra buck or 2 off ammo for all that driving and waiting at UPS’s site. Unless their policy changes I probably won’t but ammo from them again.”

Thank you for your feedback, Michael. Please note, you can request to waive the signature on your order during the order process. In the order notes you can state to waive the signature so you do not need to sign for it at your residence. We currently do not offer partial shipments, we would require the entire order to ship at once if you are waiting on a back-ordered item, you could remove the out of stock item for a credit, or find a replacement item.
