“I would have loved to give 5 stars because of the great prices, fairly low shipping and excellent inventory. The shipping time is the only negative thing but sometimes it’s better to take a little longer than pay too much. So 4.5 stars.”

“I ordered 1000 .224 sierra 55 gr. Spitzers price and shipping were excellent my only complaint was the packaging they had very little of it in the box in turn when I got my order the box that my slugs came in was broke open and they were everywhere the shipping box had a couple holes in it on the corners and they were falling out when I picked my package of the porch. So out of the 1000 there was a little over 500 slugs that I received”

“Everything was fine except for delivery. FEDEX sucked they left my package in the middle of the sidewalk! Not by my garage door or my front door but in the middle of the sidewalk! Never ever use FEDEX!!!”

“Product, price and ordering were great. Shipping not so much. The shipping box was too big without enough packing material to keep the factory rife box snug. When it arrived the outer box had been mishandled by FedEx so badly that what little packing material there was had been popped allowing the firearm's box to open up and the muzzle of the rifle to come out of its factory box. Fortunately there was no apparent damage to the muzzle, or rest of the rifle.”

“The firearm that I purchased was an exclusive from Ruger. Vizards was the only distributor that had the gun. I ordered it from Vizards and the weapon arrived at my FFL dealer in less than a week. Inquiries to Vizards were answered in a timely manner and by consumer minded representatives. I would definitely order my firearms from Vizards in the future.”

“Today I ordered a 3 pack of Ruger Security 380 15 round magazines for $43.15 plus shipping. If anyone has been searching for these you know how difficult they are to find. To anyone looking to buy these customer service called almost immediately to tell me that there are no 3 packs, only singles and 2 packs. While a bit disappointed it is still a great deal.”

“fedex really dropped the ball on this one , but vizards stuck with it for a month until i got my purchase . not really their fault at all , it was all on fed ex”

“I am a first time gun buyer so I was a little worried about an online purchase. I bought 2 Smith and Wesson Pistols. The phone sales support was 5 stars. The email, make an offer and online chat departments were horrible. 90% of the time they did not even respond. The price was good and the shipping was better than expected to my FFL. Overall a good experience. I just bought 4 more mags from them. We see if the can get 5 stars on the next transaction!!”

“Love the gun, the reason for the loss of star was 1 the gun was used, (didn't see that marked on the invoice/receipt. Magazine was used and dirty. The case was good, but it was repaired (foam). Prices are competitive, but shipping it out should not take over 2 weeks”

“I really like this company they've consistently had the ammo I needed throught this shortage I just wish there weren't two separate shipping charges depending on if you order multiple items on they ship from separate warehouses”
