I placed an order a week ago, I’ve had my dealer send you their FFL twice, and yet you still have not shipped the AR lower I purchased.

Part of my purchase ( order # 198512 ) included 0ne new 25 round box of Rio Royal 20 gauge O buckshot for $15.63 and one 25 round box of Rio Royal O buckshot ( Refurbished box,torn/taped ) for $10.80 which was in stock at the time of purchase. I completed this purchased and paid it in full. After the completed purchased I received a confirmation of the entire purchase. Approximately 3 days later ( after the completed and paid for purchase I was informed that the refurbished box of Rio Royal O buckshot was not included with my order and was refunded the $ 10.80. I contacted Vizards customer service and questioned the integrity of the order and why the item was deleted without notification. No reasonable explanation was given. Today ( March 10,2025 ) I picked up my order ( # 198512 ) at the FFl dealer. I was disappointed/alarmed to see that the refurbised torn/taped box of rounds were included in the order and the new box of rounds were deleted. I paid for a new box of rounds and got the refurbised box. Very unhappy customer. S.R.T.

Placed an order on 1/14/25 for 4 boxes S&B 150 gr. SPCE ammo. 1/21 received a request for a copy of my driver's license. Supplied the same day. Received an email saying "All good. Will ship within 24 hours." Items shipped on 1/22. Package arrived containing 3 of 4 boxes. Contacted seller indicating I was willing to accect 1 carton of PPU 150 gr SP if S&B ammo was unavailable. 1/30 received an email stating that 3 boxes of S&B 150 gr SPCE were shipped and 1 box refunded. As of 2/23/25, no amount has been refunded to my credit card from Vizards Guns and Ammo.

I'm writing a reveiw,based off of shipping! I ordered 2 items (10) boxes each, first order that came was delivered in original box. Second order another (10) boxes, wow basically 10 boxes x25 = 250 loose #4 buck flying loose in an oversize box, not 1 box that the shells should be in was good!!?? So I am waiting on 10 new boxes to put 250 shells in. Not good??? Now I wish I would have taken some pictures!!! Have to ship product better???

Made a purchase in error, called to cancel within minutes. Was directed to the on-line portal, where I couldn’t cancel. Upon calling back (20 minutes later) I was told the item already shipped.

I ordered 2 boxes of cartridges. They have never arrived. I was told the cartridges were delivered and left in the garage. I have no garage. I was told a trace was put on the FedEx delivery and I would be contacted. I have never been contacted. I was also told that, in the future, it would be my responsibility to follow up with FedEx. In other words, Vizards would not help. I have emailed and asked about the status after waiting over a week since told I would be contacted, and I have not yet had any response.

Decryption on magazine was wrong the cz sp01 Kadet conversion would not taking this magazine,to return it was silly ($$),so I modified . Will take it for test soon. Thank you Shipping was great though.

Vizards has always done me a great job. This time was different... My order was processed. Three days later the money came out of my account. Two days later I received an e-mail stating that the item was on backorder and did I want to choose something else instead. I replied back "no, I want my money refunded" and two days passed before I received another e-mail saying okay. Two more days passed before I got It. Kind of weird.

Ordered some ammo from them and shipping was reasonable but came in two separate boxes. One box had a tear and a box of ammo must have fallen out. I called and emailed them multiple times with no reply.

Came across an ad for a udp 9, a gun I had been looking for and at a good price. it was the camo version, but since there was only a couple left I decided to order it and did. Looking further I found the same gun in black which is what I originally wanted and for the same price. please keep in mind this order was just placed. I called to ask if the order could be changed to the black one and was told by 2 different ladies that the only way this could be done was if I was willing to pay a 15% restocking fee. Keep in mind the ffl has not been verified, the credit card has not been charged and the gun has not been pulled from the warehouse. the order was just placed.By the way a 15% fee of 1299.00 is $194.85. For just pushing the backspace and entering in a new sku number....That is not customer service... I would understand if the the order was being readied for shipment, I would even understand adding a day or 2 to the shipping process, I do not understand why it could not be changed when the order is in the infancy phase. to me this is not customer service, I guess the customer service ends once the credit card info is giving. I order several guns per year, I doubt I will ever be buying something from your company again, not because of the prices but because how your actions define you customer service.
