Got my ammo pretty fast, only to see 2 out of the 4 boxes were opened and 50 shells were scattered in the box..

I was very disappointed, due to the fact that the box the ammo was in was old and all messed up. The ammo was not even shiny.

2 stars because they at least refunded my money promptly. Ordered a firearm, sent FFL info in record time to the address sent to me in email. I mean, they had it within an hour or two of ordering. I busted my butt to do it. I have the original sent email from my FFL dealer, and screenshots to prove it. This was done on a FRIDAY. On Monday, without any communication, the order was cancelled. Vizards claimed to not have received the FFL info. Not only did I send it, but if they REALLY saw me as a customer, they would have at least sent me SOMETHING asking for the info they "didn't" have. But no, it was a planned cancellation from the get go. I got the refund fairly promptly, so I give it a star for that at least. But clearly they had no intention of selling me anything. I even showed them the email with FFL info, no response.

I tried to purchase a Firearm from you then got a email a day later saying it was out of stock. Needless to say I think that's a poor way of doing business.

I actually never received what I purchased...I got an email stating that ammo was in stock and the web site said it was in stock listing the number available ...purchased 3 boxes...an hour later they cancelled my order and said the ammo wasn’t in stock

First ordered magazines 2 or 3 years ago. Came from a warehouse in Shreveport, got order in 3 days max. Now they go to Dallas then back to AR. Ordered a Sig magazine 8/28/20. Got an order no. Not word since.

I made two separate orders for supplies that were verified, then, canceled and refunded. I used a website that suggested using this site for the purchase. I orders were not canceled until a few days after.

I purchased a handgun, from you on July 21st 2020. Order ID is #111005. 20 minuets later, I received a email stating, my order is canceled because of a quantity error. Vizard's policy is that, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled by the buyer, yet it is okay for you to cancel the order for any reason Vizard's wants. Thanks.

Bought a large shipment of ammo that was being sent from 2 separate warehouses meaning 2 separate shipping charges. 2/3 of one warehouse order was marked out of stock a few days after I paid for everything. Needless to say, had I of known that, I would have cancelled the rest from that one warehouse. So I wasted $12 in shipping for 1 box of ammo. Definitely not happy about that.

I ordered 2 boxes of od 300 blackout ammo from viizards. Price was good and shipping cost was also good. But appareny they are incapable of telling you that an item you ordered is out of stock, and let you place the order anyhow. The next day I went to check the status of my order and it had been canceled. What a joke of a way to run a business.

This was the FIRST time I have ever been asked to provide my driver's license number for any kind of purchase regarding firearms or ammo for an online purchase. I do not like to send those items over the internet therefore I will not do business with Vizards.

You have no time to answer emails about tracking info cause that will slow the shipping process but you have time to put out new detailed adds so people can buy more. That makes no sense. Hopefully my order will ship soon and we can finish this transaction.

While I understand the current dilemma of high demand on ammo, my order was cancelled without any notification. I had to log in and view my order to see that it was cancelled. I called and left a message and after 3 days I still have not received any type of communication.
