“Placed an order for a firearm, and Vizards cancelled the order 5 days later without sending me any type of notice. I messaged them through their website and never got a reply. I tried calling their direct number, but nobody answered the phone. I would highly recommend NOT dealing with this company.”

“So, I was ordered on 4.3.25, was told it would ship in 48-72 hours, then told it would ship within a week. Fianlly I emailed them and was told now it is scheduled to ship 4.26.25. I canceled the order and to my surprise, I was sent a review request. I would think first, answer calls, ship items in a timely manner, basicly do better with communicating. I understand you are drop shipping and all about specials and sales, but I canceld this order and placed it with Optic's Planet and just won't buy from you again due to the poor comm's that translate to poor service. I'm not being rude or nasty, but with so many options available now to shop from, a phone call or message would have done much to salvage the sale, but at this point I don't have faith in buying from you.”

“I placed an order for Leupold DeltaPoint Pro 2.5 MOA Redd Dot # 119688 and received a Romeo X. I returned the Romeo X using the return form that was provided for me tracking # 9302 0105 8210 0019 3725 28. They received the Romeo X and now will not respond to either giving me a refund or sending me the Leupold. Their listed phone number does not go to anyone and then disconnects. I would not recommend using Vizards Guns And Ammo.”

“This company sent me the wrong ammo. after 3 emails and 3 phone calls and a threat of a bad review I finally spoke with a (barely able to speak English) fellow whom offered a refund if I opened my computer up to him. A scam to say the least. Do no use Vizards Guns and Ammo!!!”

“I ordered 12 boxes of 30-30. I received 10 along with 2 boxes of 7x57R. I have no use for 7x57. I have called several times only to talk to a machine. No one returned my calls. I emailed several times. I did get one response asking for proof (pictures), which I sent. Dead silence since. No acknowledgement, no we will solve the problem, nothing. Your customer service is nonexistent.”

“DO NOT BUY-DO NOT BUY One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Been in the gun and ammo game for 20 years. I buy guns and ammo weekly. Bought 300 rounds of 6.5 creedmoor. Weeks went by and nothing. I had to email them to figure out what was going on. It was met with an email saying they can’t ship to Maryland from a certain warehouse. I sent a reply asking to please send from another warehouse. It came with no reply. I was charged $482.05 and that went through, I was then charged the same amount a 2nd time and that went through and is now pending. They told me they would reimburse me, but my bank has let me know this is not the case and the first charge went through and there is still a 2nd pending. I’ve never left a bad review until now, which shows you how unbelievable This all is. I would strongly encourage for people to go elsewhere, there are plenty of other great vendors out there. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and purchasing something. And they still have not made this right. Avoid at all costs.”

“Beware dishonest online sales practices. Ordered Eotech for Father's Day event on their web site. It said in stock and I was charged for it. Two days later they ask and I sent a copy of drivers license to verify address. My order status shows fulfillment. Next day I get email they canceled my order and won't honor their website pricing. Website show them available but now at higher price. I had already bought the mount for it. Beware - web price isn't honored and I haven't seen my credit yet.”

“I ordered a brick Eley .22 ammo and never got a shipping notice. I reached out to Vizards e-mail and was SHOCKED at their response! We do not ship to Mississippi especially from wear house #1! Have not received a refund-40 days! Credit card fraud hot-line next!”
