Absolutely terrible. Can't get a response to emails, no one answers the phones, voice mail box is full and you can't leave them a message, no one reaches out to verify FFL contact, and worst of all, they don't have the stock that they say they do and will hold your funds indefinitely until either they can fill the order or you file a dispute. Absolutely terrible company.

Completely dishonest company. I ordered 2k rounds before a panic ammo buying spree in the market. Then I hear nothing from the company after weeks of messaging and calling. Finally they respond and tell me the ammo is out of stock, but I can choose a different brand. I told them that was fine as long as they honored the price I bought it at before the jump, and if not, I can wait until the ammo I purchased was back in stock. Then they just cancel and refund my order! Absolutely disgusting customer service. They are price gouging customers.

Recently purchased a gun from these communist asses which sent the gun to my FFL without the magazine. I talked with a Vizard rep and basically called myself and the FFL liars and would not resolve the issue. I placed a dispute through my credit card company for the missing magazine and the commy bastards instead of working through the issue threatened to file a stolen gun complaint with the ATF. I recommend giving Vizard the Budlight treatment !

Have used them in the past and everything was fine. But, since I live in the People's Republic of Connecticut, they now refuse to ship to me due to their unwillingness to parse our newest restrictions. I do understand but disappointing nonetheless since they are playing directly into the hands of the idiot liberals who want to take our guns away.

We placed 2 large orders. They called us and said the only way that we could pay (despite 2 successful credit card charges) was via sending them a money order. The customer service lady wouldn't forward me to a supervisor or anything (claiming they were too busy, I even volunteered to sit on hold) and hung up on me. Attempts to call back were not answered. You can't even get a money order for over $1000. Not sure if these folks don't want to pay the credit card fees on $5000, or if they are scamming. Either way, not cool.

Made my order of ammo without any hassle. After taking my money I was sent a email asking for my drivers license. This to me is not good business practice. Should have been done during the purchase process if it was needed. Will never recommend or buy from again.

Customer service was pretty much non existent tried communicating in multiple ways with little to no response, I’ve gotten emails to review my purchase never even received tracking for my order, just received another email displaying the item I purchased as still for sale so this has been an unpleasant

I purchased a lower receiver and from the time I paid for it to the time they shipped it was 26 days! I emailed several times and responses were a week apart everytime. I asked to upgrade shipping with no response, and barely got the item in time before my state passed a ban. The lower was perfect so I guess thanks Sharps bros for making a great product!

Ordered a rifle from them, my money was taken immediately. waited 3 weeks for a gun that they said was in stock. Finally received a message that it would be another week before it would ship. I canceled order, the next day this gun was relisted by them as being in stock and costs $200 more. I am still waiting for my refund. I will never buy from these crooks again. This was a terrible experience.

Gunbroker transaction 953827522, Vizard's took my money ($2000) on 12-02-2022, Said they would ship in 10 days, 10 Days came and went, No shipment, 30 days and no shipment, Now they refuse to refund money ($2000), It is now going on 60 days, No rifle and no money, No communication, Avoid Vizard's like the plague,,,

Terrible communication. Vendor delivery product 27 days after prompt payment. No communication during the transaction. I made a credit card claim due to lack of vendor communication. Would not do business with this vendor again.

The worst! Took almost 2 weeks to ship. Crazy restock fee to cancel an order even if they've done nothing to prepare the shipment at that point. Avoid vizards at all costs!

Ordered ammo and payment was submitted on 10-6-2022 however the order was canceled due to card decline??$178.09. Contacted customer support, still no refund no ammo. They suggested reordering. Lesson learned.

I am stunned. Two weeks later after having placed an order where only half of it arrived and when trying to resolve with Vizarads only to be left feeling that the missing items and subsequent inconvenience was my fault, I get this request to write a review. As I expressed to Vizards, my displeasure is not with something coming up missing, my displeasure is how their personnel willingly choose to handle the situation. The words on their web site "Excellent Customer Service 24/7" is nothing short of blatant false advertising. Maybe some customers are pleased but a 4 out 5 rating should have been a red flag, my mistake. Never, not once, have I received anything resembling a "we are sorry for the inconvenience, "thank you for your patience". They have been outright curt, non responsive, even in what limited written response they have tendered, have outright rude. Challenge them and it gets even worse, trust me, I am there right now. I have resigned myself to the prospect that the missing items will not be replaced, and the cost thereof is lost. It is not because they can't be polite, civil, and customer focused about how to handle a customer service failure, it is a simple matter of, they won't. Regardless of how they choose to counter this review with does not change their behavior. My advice to anyone considering doing business with Vizard's, while their prices may be very competitive, is, do yourself a favor, go with Midway, Midsouth, Natchez, Graf's, Cabella's, Scheel's, etc. You will save yourself a lot of time and frustration (two things you can't put a price on) in the long run.

Placed an order with Vizards's on 11Sep22. No traceable tracking number, unlike i.e. Midway. The order did show up earlier via Fedex earlier than I was advised. Open the box, only 1/2 half of the order is present. Sent an email, no reply. Called Vizard's, they asked me take photos of the contents and send along with a copy of the invoice and what was missing. Ok did that. Went to their chat to have someone check the email came through. They blamed Fedex for the missing product, yet the box showed no signs of tampering. They advertise excellent customer service. Phht. Never a mention of an apology for any inconvenience. They want more photos, send them, then addition one, send them. Over all an attitude of "not our problem", "we did nothing wrong", and mainly one of the just don't care. They have a customers money and will do whatever it takes to avoid any resemblance of accountability. Now I wait for at least 10 business days for Fedex to make a ruling. Generally well known that rarely Fedex admits anything wrong. When it comes to helping a customer sort out an issue, there is a difference between "Can't" or "Won't" Won't was clearly demonstrated. Buyer beware, good luck if you choose to do business with them. I am done, resigned to the fact that I kissed $250.00 good bye. There are other similar business to patronize and spend hard earned money with. Oh by the way, if you are reading the add off the to side, shipping is not $11.95, it's $15.95 and don't expect a reply from the sales@vizards..... email address.

Hello Michael Oliver, Thank you for the review. As discussed previously, the entire order shipped in full. If there is missing product then a claim is filed. As stated earlier and in out policy we filed the claim and the carrier has 10 business days to retrieve the missing product or complete the claim. You are not out of the $250.00. You received most of your order and the order value was less than $250 with everything shipped. As previously discusses, we would reship the product once this has been reviewed with the carrier. Utterly the worst service I have ever experienced. Sent me the wrong items and will not even talk to me about it. No help through email so I called customer service and after saying I had an issue and gave them my order number I was put on hold and totally ghosted and now will not answer my calls. Do not believe any of the fake friendly reply's they make to the terrible feedback they receive. They do not deserve even 1 star.

I ordered a gun on aug 5th. Your website said it was in stock. After I paid for it. It showed out of stock. I understand your site says guns take up to 10 days to deliver. I called back after 12 business days and they are telling me it’s gonna take another 2 weeks that it is coming from the manufacture. My problem is if your showing a gun in stock n out of stock when you take my money. It shouldn’t be coming from manufacture. That to me is false advertisement. I have bought a lot of guns and in stock means y’all have it on hand.
