“Procerss very efficient and easy. Received notice order being process. the nedxt day I receive a notife that my credit card is being refunded as they cannot ship to my state from the warehouse where the dcalibger mof ammo is located.”

“Firearm was shipped quickly to FFL facility near me. It has been 11 days since the facility received my firearm. Unfortunately, the transfer was not done correctly and I am still waiting to have it resolved between Vizards and RangeUSA. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon.”

“Mixed bag: I have ordered three "in-stock" firearms from Vizards but only one ever shipped due to inventory inaccuracies. Non-firearm items and one firearm arrived promptly and in fine condition.”

“The Vizards Company said they could not sell me a gun because of The State of Ohio Gun Laws of transportation of firearms. Although the Gov. Of Ohio just signed a law saying you may carry sell, transport,buy a firearm without a license. And I am a U.S.Marshal, on the State Police Department and in the Special Forces. This I have no idea of how the firearm operates.”

“The only reason I gave 3 stars is because my order was cut in half . I believe a real time inventory counter would have solved this problem . otherwise I'm happy with what I bought . Yes I will buy from Vizards again .”

“The 10 gauge shells were shipped in an acceptable time. I was a little disappointed in the shells. The box showed wear and the brass was tarnished. The ammo looked as if stored for a long period and maybe old.”

“I chose the middle acceptable star simply because I have not received my item after several weeks of ordering. I know this is due to the extremely overburdened orders companies are receiving now. Once I receive the pistol or they allow me to cancel out I will be happy to write a more specific rating sheet for them. Until then I just have to put kind of a mediumGrade that is could be bad could be good could be in between. But hopefully I will receive it and I’m very excited to shoot it. William Murphy”

“I tried to purchase some 357 magnum that was said to be available. 3 days after my purchase I was told that there wasvan error and that it was actually unavailable. The money did quickly go back into my account.”

“Vizard's has good prices and a fast turnaround time on shipping, even during the pandemic. I only rated 3 of 5 stars because they chose to ship my ammo order in two shipments (from the same warehouse), but did not notify me of this and only provided one tracking #. First shipment to arrive (the one with tracking #) did not have any paperwork, thought they shorted my order. Second part of my order arrived two days later with no notification or tracking #. With no idea this second order would arrive, it could easily have been swiped by porch pirates, and this was ammunition! Vizard's is a good retailer, but they need to provide tracking for all shipments being sent, or take the time to send one order from the same warehouse. My second shipment came in an oversized box that could have easily fit the first shipment inside of it.”

“Received part of the order. It's obvious that the coronavirus scare that the sick, unfiltered, American media is responsible for, has created quite the pandemonium for ammunition distributors. With that, it's difficult to wrote an accurate review of what's obviously a good company.”

“Price is second best to another online store, but in stock availability was more frequent with Vizards. However, shipping to Hawaii via FedEx is not possible? Not too sure why you can not offer shipping to Hawaii but it needs to happen! This is the only reason for 3 out of 5 stars.”
