I would like to give them a -10 because of the fact that I tried to cancel the order with the weapon still on the Fed ex truck and they won’t do it I think they have a very sorry policy and now since the gun has been sent back they are going to keep my money and the gun

Ordered an items on Dec 14, Dec 16 received email it shipped but no tracking number. Sent a message to customer service about Jan 10 and never heard back. Called customer service on Jan 18 to ask about the shipment. They say they've initiated a FedEx tracking on it and finally give a tracking number. The tracking number shows that they never gave the box to FedEx. So after waiting for my products more than a month, customer service says it'll be at least 2 more weeks before they hear from FedEx and they'll get back to me. So I don't have my equipment, I'm out the money waiting for them, and they already know that FedEx never received it based on the tracking number they're spending 2 weeks waiting to hear about. How is this any form of customer service or meeting their "Buy Safe" commitment.

They suck NO customer service at all, will not answer you by E-Mail or by telephone, I will NOT recommend them to anyone. They will be placed on my blog as DO NOT buy from them

I received the wrong items in my order. I was able to contact Vizards & they knew about the problem with their web site. They said they would take care of problem & that was the last I have heard from them. My calls & emails have gone unanswered since. Poor customer service, shop elsewhere!

I feel taken by this purchase. The description on every page describes 50 rounds in a box and 20 boxes in a case. Nowhere does it indicate that you are only receiving one box. Very deceptive advertising.

Hello Wendy Thank you for your review. As stated previously via email, I have reviewed the order and it is correct for two boxes of 50 rounds. If you wanted twos case it is 40 boxes of 50 rounds. This is 20 boxes per case. Please review the product description again. You did not order 2,000 rounds of 9mm for $100. Just because you ordered it, doesn’t mean it’s actually in stock and you will be receiving your new gun. Apparently, the need help in keeping their inventory accurate, scary, actually. THOROUGHLY letdown. I THOUGHT I could tell my wife that I had finally found her pistol.....good thing I kept my mouth shut....I placed the order, received confirmation, credit card was charged, the following morning I receive an email stating sorry, inventory mistake, your order is cancelled, refund issued....but my card won’t be credited for several days....perfect !!! I’ll steer clear of this store.

You need to specify online if I’m buying a box or a case. I thought I was getting 200 rds of 556 for 43 dollars. Instead I got 20. I will never be back

If could give zero stars to the Vizard's guns ammo I would. This has been the start of a hellacious experience with these shysters. I canceled this order on 05Oct20, 6 hours after I ordered it. Far prior to the order ever being fullfilled. In fact the order email response continued to show NOT YET FULLFILLED for 4 days after the online purchase was made on October 5th. I called and left 3 messages on their voicemail on Oct. 5th. I had my FFL call and fax them saying that the order was canceled and he would not accept the delivery. And then on Oct 9th my Visa charge went from pending to billed 4 days after I cancelled the order on Oct. 5th. I then emailed them and got a response a couple hours back saying that this was the first time that they have had contact with me and there would be a restocking fee! Unbelievable! They don't answer their phones they obviously don't check their messages and they don't check their fax machines. Furthermore, they never shipped or delivered the firearm, but they're going to charge me and a restocking fee to boot. Now I have to go through a dispute process with my credit card company to recoup the charge and the bu$#$it restocking fee that they want to charge me. I don't know if they're working out of their basement or a trailer and they don't hear the phone but stay away from this company it's an internet scam.

This order has been cancelled and refunded on 10-10-20. This is in our policy which you agreed to when you made your online purchase. BUYER BEWARE! We received an e-mail on Sunday from Vizards that our order had been cancelled because the FFL had not been received. We sent the FFL twice and it was verified received by telephone by Vizards office. This was done on the 15th of this month. Attached file of FFL copy by e-mail was sent. Furthermore I was reassured that the item in purchased had been set aside for shipment. 5 days later Vizards cancelled the order? This is twice Vizards has done this, the first time with a Jericho in 45 ACP and now with a Bersa Thunder 9. After this I verified the location by Google maps satellite view plus street view, and guess what? A shoestring operation out of someones home and a small shed down the street. Further phone calls and chats during their working hours have not been answered and/or totally ignored. Stinks of a business tax deduction scheme for someone. I have requested to be taken off their mailing list and blocked them for advertisements as I will not do business with them again, ever. A total BS company. I placed an order, they billed my credit card then said they could not deliver to my FFL. The FFL was chosen from their website and my FFL promptly forwarded FFL info. After several days of not being able to reach someone to discuss, with over an hour wait each time trying to call them, I gave up out of frustration. They probably make more money off this type restocking fee than on selling products. Absolutely the worst online purchase attempt ever!!

Hello, We would need more information than anonymous to review this order. If you selected an ffl dealer and they had an expired or compromised ffl license then it is illegal to ship there. This would mean you would need to select a new ffl dealer. Thank you for your time. Vizardsgunsandammo.com

Before doing business with them, read their high number of complaints at the Better Business Bureau. Terrible customer service whenever you try to talk to them they hang up on you or disconnect your chat and if you try to email them either they don’t respond or if they do respond they say the same thing over and over very hateful

Placed an order for ammo, then realized Vizard's wanted a copy of my driver's license when they emailed me (it says nothing about a license on their website unless you read the fine print in "shipping policy". I promptly told them i couldn't provide my license with correct info on it that they wanted because I just moved, and I needed to cancel my order. A few days later, the person on email said they cancelled and refunded my order. They never refunded anything as they took my money out of my bank 2 days later after saying they "refunded" my money. I am still arguing back and forth with Vizard's about this. They hung up on online chat with my wife, and now they are acting stupid like they didn't take my money. I had to dispute charges at my bank and now I'm seeking a way to press criminal charges against Vizard's.

Most unresponsive customer service I have ever experienced. Email reply does not address my situation and comes at least a day after my post. Chat is worthless as well. Try and get something other than a boilerplate response by telephone. Good luck! You will be asked to leave a message and nobody returns your call

Poor Customer Service and very slow to ship. They state up to 10 business days, but it is longer than that. When you contact them to find out how long it will be, they don't respond.
