First purchase on this website. It said that you had three in stock. I made the purchase and checked out. Received an email confirming order. A few minutes later it refunded my order and said that there were zero in stock. It's apparent you're running a mail order catalog rather than having something physically in stock. I'll do business elsewhere. Thank you.

Ordered a excel 5.7x28 pistol was told it would ship may3, 2020. I didn’t ship, I ask when they said they had no idea, on May 7, I canceled my order. They said the returned funds to my account on May 7, 2020 it’s now May 21, and funds have still not shown up in my account. Most companies I’ve dealt with don’t take the funds out of your account until the item is in stock. They put a hold on it but don’t charge your card. The day after I canceled my order there, website showed 3 in stock. By all means stay away from this company.

I don't normally review with such a poor rating however I believe honesty helps a company improve. Perhaps the service was impacted by our times? However the service was very poor. Here's my buying journey. Ordered online. I waited a fairly long period for the request of my credentials. I got a phone call and finally an email to send those credentials. Call the person back, left message no return call. Called again voice mailbox full. I sent my credentials via email and asked for confirmation. None received. Waited for the order I'd say weeks. Emailed that I was disputing the charge and then got a confirmation of shipment. Shipment arrived short with no explanation. Still charged in full no adjustment. I had to call and address a short shipment. Finally got a human who explained ammo was damaged in the warehouse thus not shipped. I had to ask for the credit for a short shipment. As a result I will not buy from this vendor again. BTW - Live chat didn't work either. So I tried all communication channels.

Ordered ammunition a month ago the package was lost I've been trying now for over two weeks to get a refund or to get them to reship my ammunition Still have not had any success I had to go to my bank and file a dispute to get my money back on my card I had another company same thing the ammunition was lost but they immediately credit my card

My experience was a load of BS. According to the web site there were four boxes of my ammo available. I completed the order and my debit card was charged. The next day I get a mail saying my order was cancelled because the ammo was out of stock. Took two days before I saw the refund to my bank.

1st impression order. Made order for 1 box of 9mm ammo (50ct) on April 30th. Received email same day that the order was "complete". So I'm thinking any day now I should hear something from Vizards. 1 week later still nothing. I called customer service spoke with a nice lady and asked to check the status of my order. After a lengthy hold time she gets back on the line to tell me that the product was found to be damaged and that it would not be shipped. Meanwhile my card was charged May 4. She advised me the order could be replaced with a different box of 9mm ammo (20ct) and the order would now cost more if I wanted to get less ammo then I originally ordered. No offer was made for my inconvenience. Now I have to wait 4-5 more days for a refund to my bank account. Vizards has just lost a potential long time customer. 1st impressions are everything.

I ordered two Ruger AI 5rd mags (90561) on 4/12/20. On 4/16 I was provided FedEx tracking number: 391949853861. I contacted your customer service 3 times since then. They said FedEx had my order in a warehouse and it would move soon. You even put a trace on it, so I was told. Here we are on 5/5/20, and it hasn't left Shreveport LA. I am out $64..no mags..no nothing from Vizards. If it hasn't moved from FedEx to me, by 5/8/20, provide me with a full fund.

*TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE*Well I ordered 7 box’s of ammo only got 3 contacted some one and say that they will follow up then when I try to ask them to get it fixed they put it on fed ex for them to fix it pretty much telling me to f myself. I don’t recommend this company to any one after this they won’t fix your order and don’t care about how long it will take for you to get what you ordered after you pay Your pretty much screwed. Also indicated that this happens often so be careful the choice is yours I can almost gaurntee I won’t get my ammo or it will be months before I get anything

Terrible experience, I was originally told by the customer service representative that it would take 7-10 days to ship my items. Fast forward to 14 days later, I was told it would be another few days before it would ship. I then asked for this order to be cancelled because I could get it faster through someone else, and was told the request would be submitted and that they would follow up with me. Now, fast forward 29 days after I submitted my order and 15 days after I had asked for the order to be canceled. I receive an email stating my items have been shipped. I reached out to find out if this was an error and apparently it was not, and now I am being told my order cannot be canceled but I can reject the package for store credit. This company is ridiculous and this has been the worst experience I have had with any company within the 2A community. I now have to figure out a way to reject a package that is being sent to our apartments automated mail room. I don't see this being resolved in the near future and I wouldn't recommend anyone use them.

the will not answer their chat room. they also will not answer your email, they will take your money. Beware of this store. They will not even a sign that say's maybe they are short handed because of the virus. They just ignore you but will take your cash. to bad, I'm from New England and have to go to Ohio to (Midway) to get good communication. I wanted to keep my sales as local as I could. their prices are good to be fair.

Submitted an order and item showed available.! Went through the entire process which took 30 minutes and 30 minutes after submitting my order was canceled saying they don’t have it in stock. I checked again and it still shows available. They need to get their inventory straight.

I really can't give a good review because after two emails and a phone call and 1 week later I still don't know if my order is being processed. I have not received a shipping confirmation or tracking #. I have not received my order either. Seems like if you would like to do business you would also like to communicate with your customers. As of now I am thinking about cancelling my order and trying to get the c.c. company to get my money back.

Just giving an honest review of "VizardsGunsAndAmmo.com" because that's what they asked for. As far as my experience with the website, it was only negative, I suppose. Ordered 3 magazines for my Springfield, paid, got excited, and began the process of patiently awaiting for a package in the mail. A short time after placing my order, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled, and payment refunded, as they were out of stock on the item I had ordered. The website said they were in stock. Not the end of the world, just a disappointment and inconvenience. I bought my first AR from Vizards online, years ago, and it was a wonderful experience. Don't mean to bash ya'll by any means, but you asked for a review of my recent experience.

I paced an order and got immediate confirmation then within an hour or so I got notice of my order having been canceled. with no explanation why. I assume the product I ordered was either out of stock or backordered but why wouldn't they just accept the order and ship when the product was restocked? My first and last time doing business with Vizards.

After ordering ammunition and getting a confirmation of the order, my order was cancelled. My attorney thinks this is a sham operation and that the company is just trying to get credit card information. He has sent the information to the attorney general of the state
