I will NEVER buy anything from this company again!! I ordered ammo, after reviewing I realized I had ordered the wrong caliber. I tried countless times the next two days to call and cancel, I even sent two messages as directed on their website. On the 4th day I finally reached someone, she told me she would cancel the order, I received an email that night that the order was just shipped. They took the money out of my account, and now I have ammo that I cannot use. Totally shady company in my opinion. They may have got me for $45, but if they need the money that bad. Hopefully this will steer someone else from having the same thing happen. I own a business myself, and I would NEVER treat customers in such a manner!!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong caliber while trying to order 9mm rounds on March 16, 2020, I immediately noticed the mistake and called the following day at 10:04 am to cancel, I chatted with an agent (Vanessa) but the chat disconnected when I asked that the order be canceled, I also left a message , I got a response at 10:34 am that a request will be submitted and another one at 2:04 pm starting that the order was already shipped, i received an email on March 18 stating that the item were shipped on that day, I then received another email on the 19th stating that items may take an extra 7 days to be shipped because if the Corona virus. I’m very disappointed.

Ordered a firearm that had 12 in stock when the order was placed and now 3 weeks later still hasn’t shipped, gun is out of stock with no date when they’ll be back in stock. No email or message to let me know, nothing, just them shrugging their shoulders.

Placed order for 4 different calibers. Had to call in to change the billing address as I entered it incorrectly, figured I would check to make sure ammo is available. Lady on the phone tolled me they had low stock but they still had ammo available per my order. Web page also state ammo was in stock. But next day received email saying my order is being canceled due to COVID-19 ammo shortage. If you don't have ammo just say so. Don't lie and say yes we have ammo to fill you order and then go back and say your out.

If there was a 0 star, I would have chose it! Ordered 50 boxes of ammo, paid in full for them, said you had 545 boxes in stock. 10 minutes later, I get an email stating you have cancelled my order due to no stock??? Had to wait 5 days to get a refund from your company... Get your website in order! Don't take orders on items that you don't have in stock! Will NEVER shop with your company again.

Placed an order and got a confirmation on being received and payment made. The next day it got cancelled due to out of stock. Inventory error or something and 3 to 4 days for reimbursement. Never had that done to me before. Very dissatisfied since now the Coronavirus panic buyers make it impossible to get the items I ordered anywhere.

Would love to leave a final review, but after 16 days. I'm still waiting for my purchase to even ship. Also, your live chat clearly doesn't speak English as their primary language and they're slow as hell to give you the most basic information and regurgitate the same simple phrase.

Did not receive 14 boxes of 22 wmr and had to call them they acknowledged that it was damaged before shipping and have yet to receive the refund I was promised.... very unhappy with transaction

I WAS LOOKING FOR A COUPLE OF MAGAZINES AND TRIED VIZARDS. THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK BUT I GOT AN EMAIL LATER TELLING ME THEY WERE BACK IN STOCK SO I ORDERED THEM AND THEY ACCEPTED THE ORDER. AFTER I HADN'T RECEIVED THEM I EMAILED AND THEY SAID THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK BUT THEY NEVER LET ME KNOW. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!

I had been searching several websites for some assorted ammo and a hard to find pistol magazine that was out of stock on a lot of websites. Vizards had the magazine listed as "in stock", so I ordered it along with a pretty good sized ammo order. I received the ammo in a timely manner, but the magazine was not with the shipment. (The magazine was the only item I really wanted/needed in a timely manner.) I have not been notified the magazine was on back order, but I was charged for the magazine. It was not listed on the packing slip with the ammo shipment, but it was listed on the "order status" email I received when the order was shipped (and I was charged for it). I emailed customer service twice and have not received a response. Following that, I have called customer service twice and both times I was told my order was "under review" and would be contacted that same day. Still no phone calls or emails. I see now that the mag is listed on the website as "out of stock". I am wondering if the company has a practice of listing hard to find items as "in stock", drawing in customers and hoping they order other items along with it. Regardless, based on my recent experience, I was say Vizards has very poor customer service. Additionally, they have lied to me twice and basically stole $28.95 from me (the cost of the magazine).

I ordered and after a week nothing arrived but an email asking where do I want it shipped from. First and last ammo order. Canceling the Dailey email special because it is spam.

I placed an order #80768, on January 6th, 2020. I called last Thursday, was told it would ship in a couple of days. So much for same day shipping. Today is the 14th, and order still has no shipped....if it has, I have no notice of shipping. This is my last order from this company!

On Jan 2, I ordered a SDS 1911A1 45ACP 5 7RD BLK RSF-WH5-SDS1911A1 , myself and a friend both were on the website, two different locations and it showed 45 in stock. Placed an order on one at 1030pm, got an invoice number, emailed over my FFL, good to go. WRONG. 6 days later I get an email saying we are refunding your money because the item is out of stock. I emailed them about it and get a response that they havent had that item since October and it must have been an inventory error., Totally unacceptable, I could have ordered it from another company that had them, but now they are out of stock. Would not recommend doing business with this company or even recommending it to others, bad business practice of accepting orders and then cancelling it say sorry inventory mistake .

Customer service is horrible. The item that I ordered arrived damaged. It took over a month to get the issue resolved. I will never order from them again.

Hello Maxwell, Thank you for your feedback. We received your order and it shipped immediately on 9-16-19. Per your email on 9-25-19 there was some minor issues with the ammo box when it arrived. We submitted the retrieval with UPS to ship one of the two packages back to us. Due to UPS not being able to pick the package up from your residence as of 10-4-19 after three attempts. Once, you released the package to UPS, we refunded you immediately for the ammo. Thank you for your time. Your email: 9-25-19 Thank you for the quick reply. Just to make sure that I was clear in my first email, the first box of 100 rounds that was delivered on 9/19/19 was perfect. The package of 200 that was delivered on Friday had the damaged box. As you can see from the attached pictures, every individual ammo box had damage to the corners and the box that they were shipped in came apart. It is difficult to get detailed pictures of every damaged round. Most are extremely tiny dings to the ballistic tip of the bullet, the bullet itself or the casing. As you are aware, the smallest of imperfections can cause inaccuracies when shooting at long distances. I hate to complain. I’ve not been a customer of Vizards very long but I’ve been extremely pleased with your company from day one. Thanks again for the quick reply. They have made three attempts to pick this up at your home and according to UPS the package was not left outside. They have notated your account and you can give the package to your local ups driver or the ups store and they will take the package back to us for no cost. The Manager, Daniel Joshua at UPS has stated today; Daniel Joshua C (10/4/2019, 12:21:56 PM): I appreciate your patience. I tried to communicate the situation to the facility and advised me for you to hand over the packages to any UPS driver or UPS store and informed that to return to the sender. Worst costumer service I've dealt with. I placed an order for two 6 round mags, only received one. Called to inquire about that and was told they shipped separately. Called a month later to see why the second has not arrived and to this day I get nothing. I emailed them with my order number and the invoice I received with the first shipment showing 1 of 2 items shipped and never got a response. Better off buying from another company or going to a retailer.

Ordered Winchester 22m got it ok on time started shooting target found out that some of the shells don't have powder in them primer goes off puts bullit in the barrel and stops Very dangerous can't get Winchester to call me back tried emailing still no reply I don't know if they were seconds or not

Very poor customer service! I ordered 20 box's of fiocchi 357 magnum and only received 18 box's. After over 3 weeks and many attempted phone calls nothing has been done to correct this issue. I'm very disappointed with vizard!
