What a joke of a company. I went against reviews on ammoseek and placed an order of what was shown as in stock ammo. I even received an order confirmation. Having received the confirmation, I passed on another deal, then 24 hours later received a "Refund. Stock error" email. If you read reviews on this company you'll see this is par for the course with these clowns. STAY AWAY, IMO.

I ordered a colt 9mm and the webpage said it was in stock. I received a notice a few days later stating the order was cancelled. No reason was given.

I recieved my confirmation number. Order says complete....but no shipping number for tracking....no response to inquiries.....slow service. Have had no updates to my order. I'll stick with Midway in the future.

Ordered a Canik TP9SF Elite paid in full and was told a week after ordering it was a “Warehouse error” and order was cancelled and money refunded. Bad customer service and will not be ordering again.

Shipped wrong product, had to jump through hoops to prove they shipped wrong product. Took weeks to wrong item picked up and still do not have resolution. Very rude to deal with.

2 weeks after the order of ammo, I chatted to see where they were. Was told they were damaged in the warehouse. Really? I was never contacted or automatically refunded. I had to initiate. Finally credited. Will never use them again

1..placed order for Remington loading supplies...2..they charged my card and got paid.3...many days later they sent me an email saying that my order was canceled because they can't ship hazardous materials..4....took there sweet time giving me my money back..5...I placed the same exact order with midway and got free shipping and received my order in a couple days..6... received my order from midway still waiting for my refund from these idiots...7... I order alot of stuff online and can't be bothered by idiots like this

I ordered 12 boxes of shotgun shells. 2 packages were sent, one had 2 boxes in it. I received that. The other? With 10 boxes in it (why was it split up?) got damaged in shipment- never received it. You tell me that I must wait until FedEx takes their sweet time getting back to you about MY shipment that I PAID for that YOU won't REPLACE until the "shipper gets back to you". YOUR customer service SUCKS!!!! Will NEVER order again from you!!! I should have had my product replaced and YOU wait on FedEx!!!!

Hello Patrick, Thank you for your feedback. Your order was for 12 boxes. They are sold by the case which is 10 boxes per case. It would have to ship in 2 packages. The Fedex trace was submitted which is a 10 day period for Fedex to locate the package. The fedex claim was already processed and you were refunded 3 months ago. Advertised a rifle in stock, but did not ship during the week after order placed. When I warned them that I would give them one more week in order to ship, they responded that I could cancel the order if I want. So, I did cancel the order, and they responded that they were charging me a 15% restocking fee. You see, they had ALREADY charged my credit card account the entire amount before shipping. Well, my bank put a stop to that foolishness. These people are predators.

I bought ammo and after a week got a note that my money was being returned since the item was out of stock. I requested an explanation twice as to why the transaction was cancelled because the item was not out of stock at the time of purchase. I never received a reply.

Due to a glitch in THEIR system regarding my mailing address, my order of about 150$ worth of reloading projectiles, which showed "Completed" on the account page, all went out of stock before they could be shipped and I was screwed. They would not answer repeated e-mails and submissions from their contact section on the web page. The worst NON customer service I have ever been subjected to in my life. Buyer beware!!!

My package was damaged and undeliverable as per fedex. I spent days talking to Vizards. I felt the easiest solution was to cancel the order. Nope Vizards won’t do that. Waiting on them to hear back from fedex. Box in Mississippi. 3 weeks!!!!

In my experince, vizards is a big waste of time. i searched, found, and purchased an in stock firearm website showed 15 cz p07's in stock. next i made an appointment with my local law enforcement department for permitting and registration of the firearm, and arranged with my local FFL for transfer and deposit. and had them send their license to vizards... then vizards cancels my order sighting innacurate inventory. this oversight on their part and offered no compensation for their mistake.

They gave me the wrong ammo I ordered S&W 500 Hornady 350 gr but the sent me GLFA S&W 500 / 500 gr At the bottom of their add for GFLA ITS TAGGED HORNADY I called but they tried to blame me so they wouldn’t have to return so I’m stuck w 500gr ammo that will ripped my wrist in half!!!! I bought 4 boxes $200 down the drain never again will I use these guys !!!!!
