I provided proof of my age of 67 years old with my current state issued Arizona Concealed Carry permit, but they apparently wanted my Driver’s License number, which I was unwilling to provided so they cancelled my order. I will never place another order.

All I want to know is what completed on the order means? My credit card has been billed ffl dealer taken care of but no correspondence at all from Visards. Tried Customer service no answer (28 minutes) Chat no answer (25 minutes) all I want to know is where is my gun? If it's not in stock (was in stock when ordered),let me know if not in stock and refund my money Thank You.

Never got ordered item and had to contest a nearly $900 purchase through credit card provider. Customer service was unhelpful and at times rude.

Hello Stache, Per request, we required proof of address and name match as you had no name match. You requested to cancel the order because you ordered with a "nick name". I ordered a rifle gave my credit card number sent in my FFL to ship to. No one has returned my calls. They said that I did not send the FFL in and I sent them a copy of the email sent with the FFL attached. Ok course the rifle was sold to someone else. I did not even get a call or email saying they needed my FFL. Terrible customer service.

Vizards accepted my online order and payment (over $600) on a gun advertised as in-stock and ready to ship on the website. After 10 business days it had not been shipped and with no correspondence from them I sent a query and received no response. After a second query a week later, they responded that gun was back-ordered and would ship the next Monday. After that Monday passed without shipment or update on status, I filed a credit card chargeback and BuySafe claim for a refund. Two months later, my credit card company finalized my refund so it took 3 months total to get my money back for my payment that should not have been accepted in the first place on a back-ordered item, and that any legitimate retailer would have voluntarily refunded as soon as they realized it was back-ordered.

I ordered a pistol three weeks ago. I called at the 10 day mark and no one answered. I attempted to email and chat online. No one answered. It has been three weeks and I still don't know what the status of my order is. If I don't here back from this, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and cancelling the order. I will also let everyone online know how this went down. Terrible customer service.

This company is a online scam! They will present as if they have product and will never ship. They will steel your money! Check Yelp or BBB or any review on this company. I wish I had before purchasing. Don’t be fooled like I was. Stay away from this company!

I bought a firearm that was on their website, and I received an email saying that there was a stock error. I checked the website after receiving the e-mail and they raised the price of my firearm by $400. So the firearm was in stock, but they did not honor the website price. They would not answer a call or reply to a voicemail of why they canceled my ordered and raised the price. I have bought from them before, but after this this incident I will not buy from them again. Unless they want to reach out to me to make this right.

I will never buy anything from you again. When I opened the box that FedEx delivered half of the MATCH rounds were out of their perspective boxes and fell out on the ground and my concrete floor of my building...as they have a coating, lubricate, they automatically picked up grit...5 boxes of SK MATCH rounds soiled...WHEN YOU SHIP ITEMS TO BUYERS maybe next time put packing in shipping box to prevent small 50 round boxes from opening therefore spilling out....regards...FW----

If it could be a zero that is what deserve. I just bought a S&W 22 Victory w/an advertised Vortex Viper Red DOT What I got was apiece garbage Crimson Trace cts-105 thar even Crimson does not know. The picture in Vizards ad shows clearly the Vortex and even on my bill of sale. So I confronted them and right away told me that it was S&W problem because it was they that sends out the gun, when the sight comes in it own box. I am an 80 year old man that has failing sight reason for a 6moa when I asked if I could trade I was told that ALL gun sales are final and that they were going to contact S&W and it would only take 3 days, when I called after 3 days, I was now told 3 months. I would be happy to trade the Crimson for for the Vortex but was told that THEY don't have any. I could go on buy they said to rap it up. Please if you have a order make sure ... your eyes and cross all you t's or just go look for you product somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!! Not these fraud jerks, Thank you You can clearly in my screenshots that they are showing Vortex Viper red dots, They have since changed some wording, just another example of there fraudulent practices This review could be adjusted if they would just work with me. Please be careful of these people, unless you want to have hyassels

THESE CLOWNS ARE MORE CORRUPT THEN O'BIDEN!! THEY DON'T KNOW THE FFL LAWS!! THE SERVICE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ANY NOTICE THEIR SHIPPING YOUR ITEM, AND IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE EVEN WHEN ITS THEIR FAULT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU RETURN SHIPPING AND A 15% RE-STOCK FEE!! IF YOU LOVE SOCIALISM, THEN CERTAINLY USE THESE CLOWNS!!! HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE ANY MORALS, BELIEVE IN THE US CONSTITUTION, COMMON COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM DON'T BUY NO FUDGE FROM HERE!!

I purchased two guns on line . Purchase was verified by Vizards . My credit card was charged and I was sent a purchase garantee Next day both orders were canceled due to price issues stating that the guns were held in different warehouses with different price structures, what ever that means . Vizards would not honor the sales !! Poor business practices !!! I would rate this buying experience lower than a one !!!!! Buyers Beware. Looks like just another hustle site or poor business practice ....

It took three weeks to receive the gun I purchased from Vizards and they took the money from the order date, not the date it was shipped. They also stated that no orders can be refunded, which is not true. Don't purchase anything from this company.

Do not buy anything from Vizards, this company works as well as everything goes smooth and you do not complain about something, I did buy several guns from them, but at the third one, it was a Colt 1911 brand-new gun, when I went to the FFL dealer here in Miami to pick it up, before I complete the transfer I inspected the gun and found some issues with the slide stop, it looks like the machining of the slide was not done properly, so I contacted Vizards explaining them what was happening and they do not want to get the firearm back telling me to contact Colt to get fix it from my side. In other words they do not want to take responsability on what they sell. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.!!!!

Ordered 3 32 round mags for my Canik. Order CANCELLED. Even though there is not 1 LAW that prevents it. CAN NOT Have a Seller Fudge my 2nd Rights.

Ordered January 25th still waiting on my order. FedEx Shipping label was made for order. Then nothing. Contacted Vizards Guns and Ammo. and still waiting for response. At this point would not recommend Vizards Guns and Ammo.
