DISAPPOINTMENT. Call and confirm that handgun is in stock ,literally order it while talking to customer service on phone and they take order , take my money and then later that nite sends email (NO CALL) and says out DISAPPOINTMENT ....DISAPPONTMENT ......DISAPPOINTMENT Customer service Girl was VERY Nice to talk with ,not her fault that she dosnt have correct info, MANAGMENT PROBLEM

Due to an issue on a listing I bought the wrong caliber ammunition (a large quantity). When I tried to return this I was informed that there would be a 15% restocking fee on top of shipping. This was after I explained that I would buy the same amount of the ammunition I wanted in the first place. I would say to make sure you understand the integrity of this business before you give them your business.

They advertise they ship the same day. An order I placed a week ago, with all items in-stock, has not yet shipped. A message I sent a few days ago, asking as to the order status, has gone unanswered. I sent a message just now, requesting to cancel the order. We'll see if they answer this one, and if I am charged a cancellation fee even though the order is still listed as "Awaiting fulfillment" and has apparently not shipped yet. I know, I know, we've all been spoiled by Amazon ... but promising a service, not delivering on it, and then not replying to a customer asking what's going on? Not acceptable to this consumer.

Don't believe the "In-stock" quantity listed. It's not real-time or accurate. When I placed a recent ordered it showed (5) available. Even though I received an order confirmation email, & a credit card charge authorization email, (48) hours later I got an email form Vizard's saying the order was cancelled. They didn't respond to my email requesting further explanation. A great price is useless if there's now product to go with it.

Nice price, but after I ordered the item I received an email stating it was back ordered. The website said there were 13 in stock. We shall see if my request for notification when it’s back in stock is fulfilled. I suggest you try a phone order as their website may be unreliable.

(Regarding order #16984)I buy a ton of ammo online and have been pretty happy with most companies, but the issue with Vizards is how poorly they box up their items. My last (and I mean last) order from them had several boxes of ammo unsecured in a larger cardboard box so they got beat up pretty good with some tips of bullets piercing other boxes. Some of the boxes had opened spilling a few rounds out. It was a total mess and totally avoidable. I figured mistakes happen! So I called the company and was totally blown off by their rep who basically acted like I was wasting his time. I then followed up with an email with pictures, I figured they must know what it's like to receive such bad packing when they receive things. Well no they blew me off there too and basically said there is nothing wrong, ammo is tough and it can handle it basically. Um, no. I'm sorry but it's really easy to make sure things are packed correctly. I buy from SGAmmo almost exclusively now and even with small orders their packing techniques are top notch. I've never once had a round fall out of a box or anything close. Even though Vizards has some cheap prices, it's not worth the damage to accuracy. I'm a competitive shooter and I pay good money for match ammo and don't want it all beat up when it gets here. I told them they're losing easily thousands of dollars in business because they ship so poorly and if they would promise to do better next time I'd give them another chance. They didn't reply. Blows my mind. Ok guys, easy enough to find another supplier! When I first wrote this, you guys replied and said you couldn't find my order. Well you must not have very accurate record keeping either!

I bought a decent mossberg 500 12 gauge It was shipped very sloppily and without care to my local FFL. The box was almost coming apart and the gun was loose in the box not very secure. My FFL guy could not believe how poorly it was shipped. The very least you should expect is a secure shipment of a firearm. A poor reflection of a gun dealer.

I mistakenly ordered some Hornady bullets. I wanted to ship them back. The old lady at the other end treated me like an idiot. I didn't appreciate it. Now I am stuck with Hornady bullets &149 worth. I'll try to sell them a a local gun shop.

The firearm I purchased was doing light primer strikes and had to get the slide replaced by the factory it was a sig Sauer p320 vtac r2

Ordering was easy. Customer Service is not good. They don't help at all. It took long enough for the order to arrive that I had forgotten I had ordered it. Wi) not order from them again.
