“Prices are incredible but one of my items was on backorder for an excessive (over 2 months) amount of time and Vizards wouldn’t ship partial order without wanting to charge me more in shipping costs even though they made the error by not having up to date quantities on their website. Also, it’s a real hassle for single, working folks to be at home to sign for ammunition deliveries and out of the numerous outfits I have and continue to buy ammo from, Vizards is the first to make me do this and it’s really a hassle, not worth the extra buck or 2 off ammo for all that driving and waiting at UPS’s site. Unless their policy changes I probably won’t but ammo from them again.”

Thank you for your feedback, Michael. Please note, you can request to waive the signature on your order during the order process. In the order notes you can state to waive the signature so you do not need to sign for it at your residence. We currently do not offer partial shipments, we would require the entire order to ship at once if you are waiting on a back-ordered item, you could remove the out of stock item for a credit, or find a replacement item. “Ordered Winchester 22m got it ok on time started shooting target found out that some of the shells don't have powder in them primer goes off puts bullit in the barrel and stops Very dangerous can't get Winchester to call me back tried emailing still no reply I don't know if they were seconds or not”

“Very poor customer service! I ordered 20 box's of fiocchi 357 magnum and only received 18 box's. After over 3 weeks and many attempted phone calls nothing has been done to correct this issue. I'm very disappointed with vizard!”

“Vizard's is GTG. easy transaction, and very quick order fulfillment. As a first-timer with Vizards, I had to call them up to verify bonafides, good insurance against CC fraud, so I don't fault them for that. Follow-up transactions were EZ-Peazy. And they had the best prices for the items I was looking for, reasonable shipping with quick delivery.”
