“I placed an order #80768, on January 6th, 2020. I called last Thursday, was told it would ship in a couple of days. So much for same day shipping. Today is the 14th, and order still has no shipped....if it has, I have no notice of shipping. This is my last order from this company!”

“On Jan 2, I ordered a SDS 1911A1 45ACP 5 7RD BLK RSF-WH5-SDS1911A1 , myself and a friend both were on the website, two different locations and it showed 45 in stock. Placed an order on one at 1030pm, got an invoice number, emailed over my FFL, good to go. WRONG. 6 days later I get an email saying we are refunding your money because the item is out of stock. I emailed them about it and get a response that they havent had that item since October and it must have been an inventory error., Totally unacceptable, I could have ordered it from another company that had them, but now they are out of stock. Would not recommend doing business with this company or even recommending it to others, bad business practice of accepting orders and then cancelling it say sorry inventory mistake .”

“I really dislike how Vizards ships ammo (even if drop shipped). Since they do NOT ship w/a cover box or wrapping, the delivery person/neighbor knows immediately what the factory package contains. When you live in a relatively high crime neighborhood, advertising what you own isn't smart. It's too bad because Vizard's prices tend to be very reasonable.”
