“I have placed order on dt 11-7-24 bt I have not received it. Last month I made a request to cancel the order and refund the amount. But It's been a long time that the issue remains unsolved. i keep contacting customer care through calls n mails but in vain. On 15th Sep 2024, I was told that my order is shipped but when I request them to cancel the order as it is no longer needed, they say that the order will reached you on 19th Sep, then only I ll be able to cancel the order by denying to accept it. I have acted on their advice and do the same but till now I have not received the refund amount. It's really a bad experience to do shopping with you..I ll not recommend your shopping site to anyone.

“They are totally fraud.They delays delivery and after sometime cancel the orders.Custercare always say that refund will credited to your account in two/three days and sometimes in 48 hours but it will never comes.”
