“I order on 22/12/2023 but till date 1 Jan 2024 the order on processing for Status (mean yet not dispatch) I mail and raising complain Ticket many time. but still on one single person responed to me,,,I am on risk to loss my money. Finally I call to customer support no and after 14 min waiting in Q. I got response that Item will dispatch one next day. but there is no sure it will dispatch or not so My experience is not good with this VLEBazaar online shoping Kindly be aware of such site”
“I would not recommend buying from VLE Bazaar .. I would give negative stars or zero stars but there is no option for that.
I have ordered WD My Passport Wireless Pro 1TB Portable External Hard Drive. My order ID is 2713785. The order was placed back on 17th December, 2023, yet there is no dispatch done as of date . Their customer service is horrible ... Never replied to the emails or the complaint tickets .. even after waiting for 30-40 minutes, if u get hold of their reps on phone, they are unable to give the exact status of my purchase... It is an pre-paid purchase... I think I have lost my 8599/-.. I wish I would have done better research before placing the order ... I am cancelling my order today and shall see if they refund my money or they are trying to scam me... Will share my experience of the refund in due course

“I had initially ordered on Aug2022. But not properly delivered and returned back by the courier. After that I was struggling to get the phone ordered but after various discussions and adding further amount the material was delivered after about 15 months back. No response. I was very much upset. I have not seen such as worst company in my life.
Finally instead of Real me 5G phone, they have supplied Redmi 11 lite which do not compatible for 5G. The cost difference is around 3000 cheated and supplied inferior catergory of phone and it is not worth to the amount paid.
Request the new customers not to turn in this company as not only loose money and make mentally disturbed. It is very difficult after payment to get the materials equivalent to the money paid which is not justified in any way.
this is not the way to do the business like this.

I suggest that no body should buy from vle bazaar Their customer support services is also fraud, first of they put in big queues and later they simply disconnect the call when you reach to first in the queue and never picked up the phone.
please suggest ho i can take legal action against vle bazar.”
