“Hello So impressed with the level of customer service. Second to none. I spoke with a human- always a good thing and also they have on-line chat. I rang for advice and the chap I spoke to was v helpful and knowledgable and lo and behold my corset arrived the very next day! Its gorgeous and arrived in a beautiful box. It fits me like a glove and everyone says it fab! overall totally amazing service and well worth buying one! I give this company an amazing 5/5 for superior service !”

“Really great quality corset, however there were a few rips in the packaging foil and 1 in the side of the black box it comes in, however the outside brown packaging wasnt damaged which looked abit odd to me, but apart from that its great!”

“Phoned to check correct size but unfortunately corset was still very large so had to reorder a smaller size at my cost which was a little irritating. It's also a shame that very little stock is available and the 4 week lead time made it impossible for me to get what I needed for an event. However, impeccably made corsets and will certainly consider purchasing the antoinette in the future although on this occasion just could not get what I wanted. However, very polite and courteous on the phone and prompt refund on ready made.”

Dear Rebecca, Thank you for your review. Sorry for the issue with sizing. We are not sure why you found the lead time to be 4 weeks as you ordered on Saturday and your corset was made and sent on Monday as well as delivered on the Tuesday. As far as the "Antoinette" corset, we don't make a corset called "Antoinette" however "What Katie did" does, maybe you have the two companies mixed up? Many thanks, Michael Vollers Corsets

“A few years ago when I was over in the UK for a school reunion I made an appointment to visit Vollers in Portsmouth to look at and try on corsets with a view to having one made to measure. I turned up a little before my appointment and was introduced to Corina and we started looking at the different corsets that I had asked to try on, I cannot remember which model number I tried first but it didn't matter because it had to be adapted for my figure anyway. It was an overbust model in black material and if it fitted well I had plans on ordering the same again in leather. I also tried on a 1918 that is an underbust model in leather and this fitted well right off the peg, I also purchased a corset dress and a corset blouse which were all in black. Corina asked if I would like to see a corset that was a version of one of the corsets that Vollers were thinking of using at London fashion week that year, I asked if they could make one for me and was offered that very corset because she said that they were not planning on making any more like it. They had to alter or adapt certain aspects like bust and hip measurements and they promised to have this corset and the other made to measure corset ready and in my hands before my return to Norway. I had 6 days from when I was in Portsmouth until my return home and Vollers managed in this very limited time frame to have one corset made from scratch and alter the "one off" from London fashion week. The total price was very reasonable considering they must have realy worked hard to get things ready in time for me. I can furnish a photograph of the finished corset(s) but no longer have the paperwork from this transaction. My very first corset from Vollers was the result of me taking my own measurements 25 years ago and ordering the corset by post, the result was not as expected due to my ineptness at measuring myself. I can thoroughly recomend anyone wishing a perfect fitting corset to take the time to visit Vollers in Portsmouth and have them take the measurements. Best wishes Tony”

“I bought the mystic leather corset, quality of making is of high quality. It is a great comfort. Also, I have the PVC corset OLIVIA. I did not think that a PVC corset is just as comfortable in a corset textile or leather.”

“I was in the market for a new corset and a friend reccomended Vollers. I went for the custom measurement option (always worth it in my opinion) and as it was my first order I got a 25% discount. I ordered Wednesday night, had a text Thursday morning to say my order would be with me the following day, then another to tell me the time slot for the delivery. Just tried the corset on and it's perfect, really well made and substantial. Could not have asked for a better, easier, quicker service. Very impressed.”

“The corset is delightful, and fits very well. I experienced some difficulties with the website, as the introductory reduction did not appear to be applied, and was deducted later. I asked if the suspenders might be permanently attached as I had had difficulty with detachable suspenders previously, but this request was declined. I find that the suspenders do in fact fall off when handing the corset, but they appear to be ok in use so far. Otherwise very good service.”

“I regret to say how very disappointed I was with the corset when it was delivered. It appears to have been made in a hurry, and whilst the waist tape on one side is straight and even, the other side is completely bent, and sewn into an "S" shape. The two "waists" do not meet, and there is approximately 1" difference (the bottom of the "s" tape just meets the top of the good tape). This results on the corset, when used for waist training, and tight laced, sitting very awkwardly and very uncomfortably, leading to unreasonable pain (I have tight laced before, and am quite familiar with how a tight laced corset should sit.). Regrettably, I had worn the corset for a day before I worked out the problem, and therefore cannot return it. I am very disappointed, as my other Vollers corsets are excellent, and I chose the brand specifically because I know they (should) fit me well).
