Von Haus Customer Service responded within an hour (on a Saturday) after I told them one of the seat slats on our new Hudson Adirondack Chair had cracked. After just 3 hours, a replacement chair was already on its way, and the courier has already been in touch about delivery.
I consider this to be exceptional customer service. Thank you to Miel and Jayson for sorting it out so quickly for me.
