Don't part with any money via card or even PayPal. The free gifts and cheap deals they show and offer are a scam. You will never get your free gift or possibly the cheap deal. Like wish, they pretend to offer value deals, though if you look at anything which seems to be a bargain, it turns out it won't be as the postage usually covers the cost. Vova is even worse as they have no 24hr customer service and the refund policy is terrible. To Thursday I'm still waiting for my refunds to go back into my account after joining the site I was awarded diamonds. I used them as well as money to purchase a freebie. I was told the following day, the order was cancelled and I'd get a refund within 14 days. Still had no refund. These guys think they are clever, they are just fraudsters. “started looking at a product. Unfortunately for me, i entered my card number. I did NOT confirm any purchase with them or my bank because I almost immediately cancelled the whome transaction. Yet, approx 1 month later, FRAUDULANT transations of R 4118.22 and R 3877.97 (not even to do with first cancelled purchaed that was a very small amount). Were done on my card. According to the bank's fraud unit, they also tried to do a transaction of over R8000. FRAUD is a criminal offence. I work VERY hard for MY money. Now I have to pay more because VOVA is not legit. I am sure I am not the only one this happened to.”
