“This is the second time that I have ordered a Daydream long sleeve crew that had terrible chemical smell. I did call customer service the first time and was very disappointed with the response that I received. To be honest, customer service is extremely poor. I wasn’t offered any solutions to the problem and was told I could reorder and pay for shipping again. I am a long standing Lululemon customer and they go above and beyond to please their customers. I am trying some items from Vuori but thus far I have been very disappointed and frustrated with customer service. At the very least a replacement should have been sent or free shipping offered for replacement. I wasn’t even offered a discount for a future purchase.”

“I returned two items for a different sizes and they did not have one of them so they put the balance on a gift card. Instead of paying it with a gift card they charged my credit card again and then re-ordered it another time so I have two skirts instead of one come to find out both colors. Do not match the jacket so I sent them back that took approximately two hours!”

“I love vuori, but the tags on the inside of tank tops are a problem. They are terribly irritating and cutting them out leaves holes in the tank. Lululemon tags are easy to tear off. Pls”
