“This is my first pair of shorts from your company, I wore them for the first time today to the gym, I’m 6 foot two, 180 pounds, 32 inch waist and very fit. I purchased the medium size in accordance with your size guide, and these shorts fit terribly, like a big hanging sack, the quality feels cheap, and the liner is thin and rises up constantly. I have been wearing legend brand shorts for the past five years and they are far superior in quality and fit to these. If I can’t receive a refund, then they will be going in the trashcan.”

“I really enjoy your swim/board shorts so much. I lost weight over the winter and my larger size would just fall off. I like the fact that they have pockets and they dry extremely quick. I do wish some of the same color options were available that my larger sizes(purchased 2 years ago).”

“Lack of customer concern. I walked into the store because the store wide banner read 15% your entire purchase. I walked in at 11:30, store opened 10:00 am. I go to check out and they say "sorry the 15% expired yesterday we haven't had a chance to take the signage down." How embarassing. Anyone with an ounce of a brain can still honor the pricing since the marketing is still up. They gave me a very hard time. I don't know if I will buy from Vuori again. Little things go a long with customer service, especially when this is a Vuori issue an not a customer one.”
