“My favorite things to wear—anything Vuori! Anyone who touches my arm or my shoulder when I’m wearing dream knit has the same reaction: “Ooh…. What is this?!!”. Clothing is just so comfortable, and pretty, and sizing is consistent.” I would like more color options and wish items didn’t sell out so fast, but this is a good company, one I hope that will continue to grow and prosper.”

“This was a gift from my daughter, and the size was too large. I exchanged for one size smaller, and found it too small. So, my daughter, the original purchaser, took the item to a Vuori store, perfectly brand new condition, with tags, and was told she could only get store credit. They stated this was because I exchanged the item for a gift certificate. Perhaps this is a system limitation on your end. Never make YOUR problem the customer’s problem. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers acting in good faith. I have purchased Vuori clothing from REI in the past. Because of this maneuver, I am far less likely to ever buy anything more from Vuori.”
