“Quality of product is great, but the fit is not the same as it used to be. Mediums from past purchases fit me much better (sleeves were tighter and sides were a little more narrow). New items are larger so a small is too small and a medium is slightly too big. Wish you went back to the old production methods!”

“Picked up Bates after reviews on Reddit for the best hybrid short and these did not disappoint! Wore them for a cruise to Nassau for the day there and back in Ft Lauderdale. Dry quickly and transition seamlessly for lunch and dinner from the beach!”

“I paid for the express shipping so that it would get to my house by Friday because I was going on a trip that Saturday. And I wanted to bring my order with me on the trip. The order didn't end up coming until I believe Monday, after I had already left on my trip. I'm not sure why I paid express shipping if it's not gonna get here on the day that it said it will arrive. Extremely frustrating.”

“Sizing is becoming inconsistent. 31 in one object is not a 31 in another object. Meta seems to be consistent. Strato shirts seem inconsistent.”
