“It was my first time purchasing in store. I found a great top and it had a stain on it. I was told they were online returns and they didn’t have anymore. I asked if I could have the clothes shipped to me because I live in PA and we don’t pay tax pm clothing but they didn’t know how to apply that.”

“Clothes that is comfortable, made well, has beautiful patterns and you can always find something in the stores or online are why I shop Vuori is why I shop here. My husband and my adult children love it also. My favorites are the Performance joggers and hoodies. My favorite top is the Energy long top. They make the best beanies and shorts. The stores are fun to shop because the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Online shopping is great and I wish they would make more colors of everything. I’m happy I walked into the Vuori store in The Village in Houston (West University) the first time many years ago. Now I look for them in all the cities we visit. It is a great experience.”

“I wrote an email about how bad the packaging was. And there was some random picture frames in my box as well. Half of the packaging was ripped. I’m was told someone would contact me in 48 hours and it never happened”

“I purchased the halo wideleg pants in XS long, like I have purchased several times before. They are at least an inch shorter than my other pairs and the right leg seems shorter than the left. I am trying to wear them lower on my waist, so they don't look awkward, but now I am wishing I would not have taken off the tag, as I should have returned them. This was a favorite pant of mine, and now I don't know about the quality control and I am hesistant to order again. I don't know if Vuori has a return policy if the tag is off, but the construction is not satisfactory to the customer. I know this brand has become popular and they must be producing these pants in massive quantities, but to be significantly different / shorter than the same exact pant purchased in the past is disappointing.”
