“Female staff who was folding merchandise in the dressing room area was extremely helpful with sizing and finding the item for which we were looking. Male staff at the sales counter was also extremely helpful in completing our sale of merchandise and gift cards.”

“Hi. First, thank you for the first rate customer service at the 2nd & PCH location and the prompt shipping of my online order. The only minor issue was that the pants I ordered arrived completely filled with glitter. It was nothing that a soft bristle brush, a little patience, and good wash couldn’t handle. I’m assuming my order was an innocent bystander of a lively holiday party, so it’s all good. Overall, good job. Keep it going. And please bring the Technical Climber Pants back. Cheers. ✌️”
